I love the products
I love the products, no complaints there. What I do not love is that they use Evri for deliveries. They are so unreliable. Deliveries are never when they say and invariably there is an issue, non-delivery, delivery to wrong address despite clear instructions, item lost in transit or damaged in transit. It is not good enough and I’m sure that Beauty Pie are not saving money by using them, personally I’ve had to have two to three deliveries replaced.

Ordering my items was easy late deliveries
Ordering my items was easy, I was estimated delivery on the 3rd or 4th September. It is now the 5th and evri have said they have received the order and will let me know when it’s due for delivery. This happens often with your orders they never arrive on time, it’s a shame because I love your products.

The products arrived in a timely manner in totally recyclable packaging.
The delivery driver was superb, I was out when he called but as my property front is on a main road he decided to go round to the back of my property and leave the package there in a safe place. He went above and beyond.

I have been using Beauty Pie products…
I have been using Beauty Pie products now for several years and do not use any other skin or make up products. I have some firm favourites such as the flash face lift and the oil face cleanser in the skin products. I use the tube mascara, it is the only mascara that doesn't smudge. I enjoy trying new product, Beauty Pie are very innovative.
Recently, I had an order which didn't arrive (more a carrier problem), this was quickly replaced by Beauty Pie. This was a present for my daughter so I was really grateful for the fast response. I find the products really good value for money and often give as gifts.

I had been a member for 6 years
I had been a member for 6 years. When my membership renewed, I was sent a code for a gift, as per usual. But the code didn’t work. After following all of their instructions, many emails (about half answered by them) I was finally sent a new code, but by then, an item I really wanted was sold out. I cancelled my membership because the service was so appalling. They refunded me and now we are officially over. So much for my 6 years of loyalty…they don’t care.
