Customer service is non-existent
Beauty Pie customer service is non-existent. My order never arrived because of Evri being the worst courier ever, yet my account was still charged. It is unacceptable that it is this difficult to get in touch with a real person.

behold it didn’t arrive.I sent yet another email (wasn’t a bad email)and now they have blocked me!
Absolutely disgusting!

I love Beauty Pie and the products…
I love Beauty Pie and the products especially the pricing but find the inability to communicate with their customer service team very frustrating. Since placing my last order, I have sent them two emails and two online forms and no reply. Because of this my order in error is now going to the wrong address. My initial error for clicking on the wrong delivery address but a phone number would have meant i could quickly call to update them. As they are ignoring all my online correspondence I now have to wait for the delivery to be sent to the wrong address to retrieve :(

Every product I have purchased has been of amazing quality and value. I love their Japan fusion range and also the super healthy skin range of serums and moisturisers. I also would recommend the super cheek cream blush and the tubing mascara.
I can guarantee whatever you purchase you will be pleased with the product and amazed at the price.
