The joys of Beauty Pie

I love using Beauty Pie - there are some products that I buy on repeat - I really like the Japan Fusion products & the Superactive Vitamin C & E capsules.
I then dip in & try new stuff - at the moment Shinkai Electrolyte Drench & Super Healthy Skin.
It would be great to find dental products on Beauty Pie too.

My order took 2 weeks to arrive

My order took 2 weeks to arrive, I kept emailing but no-one got back to me.
Eventually I received a £12 refund, thinking it was a sweetner for my long wait, only to find when my parcel arrived that one item I ordered (the one I really needed) was not there, hence the refund.....no explanation no communication. I think everything is automated and bots, no real person to speak/communicate with. I love Beauty Pie but this service was extremely poor!

Poor Customer Service

Love the products but very unhappy with delivery and customer service. My recent purchase was dumped in a bush outside my house, soaking wet right through to the products and it was only by chance that I found it. My email complaint to customer services hasn’t even been acknowledged. Very poor service for a long time customer.

BP has really gone downhill of late

BP had really gone downhill of late. Their prices are much higher than they used to be (even accounting for inflation) and their ranges are smaller and items often out of stock for months. Recently they changed their website so now you can’t save favourites to a wish list and you can’t even save them in your basket - it clears every time you log out. I think they have no interest in loyal customers - we’re just being milked, which is certainly not the ethos they started with. Disappointed … and regarding the answer below, from BP… that’s all well and good, but what are you actually going to do DO about it? …otherwise it’s just meaningless platitudes
