i've been shopping with them for a while, but they slapped me with a surprise restocking fee, honestly, forcing me to reorder from somewhere else. It was okay, but could be better.

Upscale products produced in the finest facilities. Site gives all the information you need, plus they’ll help you if you want it. There is nothing to loose.

I loved their products and they used to be good value for money, unfortunately though this company appears to be declining rapidly. It is a real shame as Beauty Pie did offer good quality products at a decent price point, but they are now significantly more expensive than high street offerings (which are often as good) and some more luxury offerings and increasingly inconsistent. I love the idea of being more sustainable with their ‘keep this case’ product line, but this proves useless if there are no refills available for purchase or if I avoid purchasing because I think the company might be about to go under (purely speculation based on their current state).

The website seems to be so full of problems now and so often the products I’m looking for are out of stock. They also used to offer a referral scheme and free samples when you spent a certain amount of money, but these have now been scrapped.

There were also a number of issues with my last purchases between items not matching colour in advertising, and being sent the wrong items altogether. I also spent over a month trying to deal with customer service trying to deal with these problems, and mainly heard absolutely nothing.

I really want to still like them, but I suspect I won’t be resubscribing next year. I’m struggling to understand now what Beauty Pie’s plan for the future is and who their target customer is, because it doesn’t seem to be me anymore.

Superlative beauty products with an emphasis on quality. Perfect if you are not a brand snob and only want the best skincare and hair care at an attainable price.

I am a long term customer and have really hesitated to renew again. Almost every product I love gets discontinued with no explanation. In favour of big fancy still very expensive skin care which is not my thing. Just feels like to direction of travel is a bit of a worry

I signed up for Beauty Pie on a friend's recommendation and ordered some items for another friend's Birthday. The delivery was delayed so I had to buy a different present!. I was delighted with the starter kit. Loved the products and was excited to order more. Sadly my 15% first order code does not work. I have contacted customer care who replied but problem not rectified.
