I really enjoy shopping with this company very fast delivery excellent quality

Exellent product, short notice on the delivery that was the only downside as only got confirmation on the day of delivery at 8.15 am and it was being delivered to my sons house and they are not usually in and when I phoned I was told the driver would call me one hour beforehand, got no phone call but by pure chance my son happened to be at home

Not had any correspondence from supplier, 1 week after placing an order and still no delivery

After purchasing a hydraulic couch and then finding/reading the bad reviews I was worried. I had an email stating when my delivery would be, followed by a courier email with tracking and goods turned up when scheduled and undamaged. Overall I can't fault the service and I'd be willing to use them again!

Bought the spray tanning tent, was a bit weary about it as all the other ones i had looked at were more than double the price. I was pleasantly surprised. Great quality and fast delivery.

Very bad quality table looked like used already, chair not stable. I did send my return request know one bother even back to me very disappointed spend £250 which is a lot of money for me . Very sad experience:(

Very quick delivery and good price massage bed is sturdy and comfortable only small is issue is that the fixings were awkward to secure due to brackets of headrest being in the way and the finish of the wooden frame was a bit rough.

Poor customer service, no respond to emails or phone calls once payment was received

I purchased a couch for £399 1 year ago, when it arrived some screw were missing and I reported to them but I was advised that it would not effect the workings of the couch...
skip 1 year on and the electrics have stopped working! I messaged them about this only to be told that they couldn’t help as they no longer sell this item. However, this is a blatant lie as it’s still being sold on line ! Poor quality goods sold at a premium!
I have had to invest in a better quality couch which is guaranteed for 3 years !

I ordered a white chair and a black one was delivered by mistake. Customer service team were very helpful and sorted the matter within hours of being notified.
Will definitely shop from the again.

The way the chair was packaged left the seat with big black marks that I can't get off. Unfortunately I had to use the chair that evening, as I had a client coming in, so I was unable to send it back.Packaging not grea

I would give you no stars if I could.You do not have a manned phone and you do not reply to my emails. After assembly, we could find no way of adjusting the back or leg rests.
