I ordered aa tuxedo waistcoat from them.when it was finally delivered it was far too small.i ordered the largest one they sold 2xx after some exchanges by e mail they told me that their sizes were Asian sizes . smaller than English .REDICULOUS i reminded them that they were selling in england..trying to get a full refund,they offered me 15%not acceptable.i have just ready the other reviews,and i dont hold out MUCH HOPE OF A REFUND.Be warned dont buy cloths from this company.the prob wont fi

I bought a Mens Leather jacket. The advertised photo was of a distressed style jacket.
The item I received had a very different appearance. there was not distressed appearance, the arm band was not the same in size or colour. These were the main critisisms. Though there was also no inside pockets and just a fake outsode top pocket.

I emailed the customer service multiple times. but effectively they said that was the item, and started to be perdantic. It is clear misrepresentation. They would accept the items return, or replace with the item as advertised, probably because it doesnt exist.

I have been waiting for two months for a jumper which looks from the tracking like it was never posted. I paid through PayPal, so I raised a dispute through PayPal to get a refund. BeautifulHalo are now asking me to drop my dispute with PayPal to get a refund, rather than just giving me a refund via PayPal. No idea what to do next to get my money back. Absolutely atrocious service, really wish I'd checked this page before I bought, rather than after!

Ordered a black leather jacket. NOT leather thin cotton. Waited on it for ages. Advertised as leather. God knows who makes these garments - probably a sweat shop 🥲 poor creators 😡 do not touch this company

Brough at £150 light worked for under a year and has stopped working. No response from them regarding my return or complaint, nothing. Sadly it was a special fish light for our son so now he has nothing 😢.

Most sellers of these sorts of items are Chinese companies giving the impression they are US/European. Almost all attract buyers with the cheapness. Buy cheap. Get rubbish!! And they take weeks to ship the rubbish.

Ordered a men’s cardigan from these crooks… two months later and still nothing. Emails to them, including the last which contains “I’ve been ripped off, haven’t I?” Just get the same auto generated email: blah, blah, just wait… the fault is with your countries delivery service. Don’t use these asshats.
Also the five star review they got: I checked out his trust pilot score and every review he puts out to this company if five star… tons of them. It’s them.

Not even a one star company. Should not be allowed to advertise in Britain. If you want to wait three ice ages for something to arrive use this company.
Can’t say enough about just how rubbish this company is. Strike them off would be a preferred solution. Beautiful halo my armpit.

If I could give them a 0 stars I would. They offered to refund 5% of the cost for a tiny shirt with a lot of discoloration and asked that I keep it. It belongs in the garbage and that’s where it will go

Purchased a 'wooden' feature light for 460 aud. When it arrived it was plastic painted to look like wood. I explained under Australian law this is not allowed they said I could return it for a 60 percent discount. As they are not based in Australia I had no choice to accept. The item is stuck in customs and required them to release it. They are refusing. It cost me 60 bucks to send it to them. So I'm down 520 now with no resolution in site. Avoid these liars at all cost!!

Timescales given for delivery at point of order are nowhere near the actual delivery timescales. We lost money on a project as a result of the lights we ordered from beautiful halo arriving nearly a month late. The quality of the lights is terrible. We have been given a 20% refund after being advised that we had to return them and that the cost to return would be very high. After checking with couriers the cost was more than the product and beautiful halo would not cover this cost. Impressive website with great pictures of the products they offer but in reality the products are poor quality and in a world of ecommerce, a delivery time of nearly 2 months is ridiculous and what we would have expected in the 1990's.

Ordered a lamp. Problems from start to finish . Ended up modifying myself .

Avoid this company !

I purchased an arched lamp from them. They warmed me that it would be shipped by sea from Hong Kong and that it would take a month to arrive. It took two but I wasn't bothered because I was in no rush. However, what upset me was that the instructions to put the lamp together were in Chinese and I contacted them asking if they had instructions in English. Well they did but they we're poorly written and didn't help. At the end I had to figure out by looking at the poor drawn pics how to put this thing together. One of the screws in the lamp didn't work too well but at that point all I kept telling myself was...although impossible... try NOT to buy anything made in China in the future.

Fast delivery and clear communication. Happy with product value also.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a jumper for my husband for Christmas. I ordered the size according to the measurements they said plus I even ordered a size bigger.
The item arrived weeks after Christmas and was tiny! They sent a large instead of 2XXL. They have not been helpful and refuse to refund the item even though it is their error. They know it is very expensive to return the item so they are getting paid for nothing! Beware!!!

Item took a ridiculously long time to come. It was poorly packaged and not marked as fragile. Broken and dented on arrival with severely torn packaging. We have not taken the product out of the packaging as damage was obvious upon opening one side. Pictures are attached yet they say that they cannot see that the item is damaged 😂. Now having trouble getting item collected and money refunded, even though insurance was bought.
Communication is appalling and they have totally ignored our request for a copy of terms and conditions and an insurance claims form. Our credit card provider is now assisting us with the claim for a full refund.
I will never buy from this company again and my advice to everybody is to avoid at all cost.

Sent gray/black lamp instead of brown and when asked for refund, engaged unnecessarily and gone silent
