we ordered a brass pendulum lamp for the porch, it took 5 weeks to arrive and when we unwrapped the box the glass was broken and the electric wires were all exposed.
we then tried to return the lamp and battled with their AI email system for weeks, we finally gave in and accepted a 25% refund, which never arrived, and for us to keep the lamp, £350 lost.
This company is Chinese and a bloody shambles, I strongly advise you not to buy from this company, this is the worst experience I have had buying on line.

Ordering from Beautiful Halo has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had.

I ordered a lamp that looked stylish and well-made on the website. It took more than a month to arrive, with no tracking information provided. When it finally did arrive, it was badly scratched, incredibly flimsy, and looked nothing like the photos. The materials were cheap, the design was sloppy, and it felt unstable and unsafe to use.

I contacted customer service and received a series of dismissive, copy-and-paste-style responses. They refused to take any responsibility, and instead offered a 5% refund — which amounted to just a few pounds — and told me they would send a “surprising gift” as compensation. Unsurprisingly, the gift never arrived, and neither did a proper solution.

They would not arrange a return, replace the item, or issue a full refund. After weeks of going in circles, I had to escalate the dispute through PayPal — something I have never had to do with any other online purchase.

It’s clear that Beautiful Halo relies on misleading product images, substandard quality, and deliberately obstructive customer service to avoid issuing refunds or accepting returns. Their so-called “resolution” was insulting and made it clear they don’t value customers at all.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Avoid this site at all costs.

we found a beautiful light with different sizes for our kitchen. the lights lasted from ORDER DATE: Wednesday 20 July, 2022 STATUS: Shipped Until October 2024, and 2 of the 3 lights (the most expensive ones) no longer work, they require LED Drivers model numbers which I cannot find. Help from their service/parts department is disappointing, here it is December 2024 and I am still waiting for them to find the parts and give me a price. If anyone knows where I can get MODEL DF80-120W & MODEL DF 40-80W please let me know.

Do not shop with this company. They sent me over damaged products and when I asked for a full refund they refused me for weeks saying that they would offer me a 10% refund and for me to keep the faulty lights. They then decided they would only give me a 100% refund once I have them a 5 star review and would only authorise it once I showed them evidence of the review. Terrible company and terrible customer service.

Bought 6 ceiling lights in this order, one was faulty.
Advised BH that I needed a replacement as the Electrician had confirmed it was faulty and couldn’t be installed. They have agreed to replace it, and I’m waiting for advice of despatch. All the other lights are installed and look lovely. Very pleased with the service so far

My fixture stopped working shortly after the 2-year warranty expired and customer service were not able to replace it. However, they were courteous and helped to expedite shipping of the replacement that I subsequently purchased.

I ordered something once and now, for the second time, a replacement product. Customer service responds quickly. It’s a pity that the products are shipped from China, resulting in long delivery times.

I got my sweater fast and it was good quality and I got good comments about it!

I recently ordered a Captain America zip up hoodie (order#1942725). When it arrived , it was in perfect condition. My son absolutely loved it and the fit was perfect. I am very happy with the quality & availability of products from BeautifulHalo. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Do NOT do business with this company!Not only is the quality extremely poor, but their customer service is terrible. I ordered a vest based on their sizing chart. What they sent was labeled XL, but there is no way that was a size XL. It fit more like a size small. I made 2 attempts to request a return auth and a refund, and both times they refused stating that they sent what I had ordered. Going forward, I will never trust these fly by night internet companies again and will only go with more well known companies.

I ordered House Targaryen Dragon Badge 3D Printed Long Sleeve Casual Loose Black Zip Up Hoodie. When it arrived I was very disappointed as the front looked like what I wanted and the back of the hoodie was nothing like what I thought it would look like. I didn’t bother to send it back as it took so many weeks to get here and then would be impossible. I wrote this off and moved on until today when 4 months later after the order was asked to write a review. So it reminded me and now I am annoyed again.
