If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. Poor customer service paid for a dress next day delivery which I still haven’t received and all messages ignored until I posted on their Instagram page .

Purchased a dress a while ago thinking when to wear it. My brothers wedding popped up sooner than we thought . Perfect dress for a wedding so many people asking about my dress so many compliments Fabulous.

Paid for next day delivery (£8) as I was going on holiday. They didn’t send the item until 3 days later. Terrible customer service. THEY WAS OPENING AND IGNORING ALL MY MESSAGES. When I got home the parcel got sent back to them and they wouldn’t send it back out and I already paid for it. WORST COMPANY

It got re sent after weeks the delivery company said they did not send it the out the next day when I paid for it. I have proof of them reading my messages

I placed an order. As soon I placed it, it said within seconds the order had been shipped (which is dodgy), I was concerned. I emailed them and they do not even respond, and the email bounced back off one of the addresses. Also then a day later, I received a DPD notice that they are awaiting my parcel but no updates since. DPD are awaiting. I tried to contact again, and of course no reply! This is terrible and unacceptable.

Such a quick delivery and the clothes are absolutely gorgeous and amazing quality! Definitely will be ordering again!
