I moved from a third floor (no lift) to third floor (no lift) so it wasn't an easy task to do.

Really super easy booking and excellent customer service, the removal guys on the day were efficient, friendly and had great beards! All my stuff was moved with care- definitely recommend!!

We used Bearded Bros for a move and the associated packing service. Unfortunately the packing was done very very badly, leading to thousands of pounds worth of damage. Wafer thin paper was used to pack precious antique plates and ceramics. laptops were found unwrapped at the bottom of boxes of heavy books, very delicate items were just packed with minimal wrapping under heavy items. Sofa cushions were not covered and got oil stained, and mattresses were also not protected.
Not helped by them saying we would have 4 packers. 2 turned up late, and 1 went away for a few hours. at least 2 of them were very inexperienced. It meant everything was rushed and corners were clearly cut.

What makes it worse is 3 months on, we have not received a penny of compensation and are having to go through a lengthy claims process that BB pass onto their insurance company.
Therefore avoid using them if you don't want items damaged, or you want a company that helps makes things right if things go wrong. Much better firms out there.
