This is my first purchase with beads unlimited and i can honestly say i would highly recommend i placed my order on a weekend, it was despatched on the monday and to say its christmas week ive just received it today 24/12/25 very fast delivery.. Now to the items i received. They came well packaged with clear labels i haven’t opened but i can tell by looking and the weight of them i’m not going to be disappointed. So excellent service and excellent quality!
3 mm silver plated beads , wishbone charms, spacer beads and preciosa glass pearl beads .

The beads are great quality, but on my last order they sent 4 packs of completely wrong sized beads. No answer on messenger and no one answers the phone so I'm stuck with them.

On FB Beads Unlimited 'advertised' a friendship bracelet bundle several times .. however when I tried the link it showed Page not Found. I asked the company several times to provide a correct link and to date no response has been received. Sorry but will be using other bead suppliers.

Never had a problem shopping with them, always delivered excellent quality beads. The website is easy to navigate, and I enjoy the regular clearances they offer!

Email advertised free 1st class postage if you spent £10 but this was apparently a 'graphics team' error which the company disappointingly chose not to honour and have sent my parcel 2nd class. Annoying to say the least and not the usual good service provided by Beads Unlimited.

I've bought loads of things from Beads Unlimited before, fantastic products and particularly the kits.
There was an issue with the delivery of my last shipment, not their fault at all but their response was fantastic. There's that old adage about seeing the quality of a company by how they respond when something goes wrong and with fast emails, excellent customer service and a quick resolution - they really shone. Love this company. I stupidly ordered the wrong thing and they sent me what I was meant to order with absolutely no fuss at all.
