Very impressed and satisfied with the service I received. TV dropped in price a couple days after I made my purchase, but Christine Gail, and Rizalyn, they made sure I received a partial refund for this and without any pain on my end. This is how you keep a customer, well done.

I'm just waiting for an item to be delivered to a return place, so I can get my refund, but I have to wait and Rizza Mae and Lariza both have helped me to not worry about it, they asked for the UPS tracking number and found that the item is still en route, so no need to worry... And they have kind words, so, it's nice to do business with a company who has such professional, yet personable people! Thank you both, Rizza Mae and Lariza!

I ordered an air fryer and during shipping it was ruined. I reached out to this company and told them what happened and they resolved the issue immediately without hesitation. I was so thankful, as this was a housewarming gift for my daughter. I will definitely be buying their products more often. Great customer service is hard to find these days but they nailed it! Edit: after seeing thing review, CS called me and arranged return shipping. I'm satisfied with the outcome. The merchant should update their email CS (seems like the emails I sent weren't getting forwarded to anyone) but that's somewhat excusable for an independent retailer. So if you have issues, call them instead of emailing!
Beach Camera sold me a defective TV. It came defective, missing HDMI ports. Contacted Beach Camera to make a return or exchange, but no reply for 3 weeks - just automated AI chatbots from Zendesk.
Disputed transaction with PayPal, that got Beach Camera to reply. Now Beach Camera wants me to pay for return shipping on a defective product that they sold me. That's plainly ridiculous, I'm not changing my mind on the purchase, Beach Camera shipped me a defective item and they're making me pay for it?

When ordering the product it said it would be delivered by Thursday at the latest, but Sunday came and it still hadn't even shipped. I needed it by Tuesday at the latest so I reached out and was greeted with quick friendly help to cancel my order and get a refund. Thank you Rizza Mae and Julie.

After working with BuyDig it was determined that the product was defective. Instead of returning the product Rizza Mae and Judith decided it should be disabled and disposed of, saving me money. My money was quickly refunded to my credit card account. I am happy with the outcome and applaud their efforts.

Absolutely excellent customer service! Reynold (customer service rep) has been extremely patient and understanding.
I have been shopping for electronics with BuyDig/Beach Camera since COVID. You just can't beat their prices. However, this time around I had an issue with a TV and they stepped-in and worked with me and the manufacturer to solve my problem.
Reynold would follow up with me regularly and greatly helped me when the manufacturer could not make a decision and took forever to respond.
Extremely grateful to Reynold and BuyDig/Beach Camera for helping me.
