Shipping was fast and easy. Six months after receiving, I worked with the manufacturer and they determined a hardware defect. I was instructed to reach out to Beach Camera.
Bech Camera Support took a few days to work with the manufacturer, but Reynold was able to get it handled and the issue solved amicably.

Best buying experience on Amazon through Beach Camera as the primary Sellers!.. 2 days after purchase they dropped their price and after contacting their customer service people to which is messaged back and forth with Rosalyn/Rizza Mae, I was reimbursed which was icing on the cake for customer experience. Delivery was prompt as promised (though it was a 2 part delivery). Considering how busy I’m sure they are leading up to Black Friday it was really amazing how efficient the buying, shipping and handling the process was!.

I was so excited to finally order my new TV after months of research. When it arrived with a broken screen and would not fire up I was so upset and disappointed. I contacted amazon and Beach Camera to begin the return process. I was contacted by Rizalyn and Charlie s and sent pictures of the damaged box and TV problems. they were quick to resolve the issue for me. I was so pleased for the great customer service that I reordered the same unit from them a day later. It arrived in great shape and now I am enjoying my new TV... The shipping was practically immediate once I ordered from Beach Camera, taking a week to arrive in south Florida from New Jersey! I received a refund honoring the difference, in 24 hours of my request to match the discount price, a different of $300 from the price I paid when ordering was refunded, thank you!

I've heard great things about Beach Camera's customer service for quite a while, but I've never had occasion to reach out to them despite my first purchase with Beach Camera being over 15 years ago.
Anyway, long story short, I did reach out for a recent order, and Rizalyn did everything you might expect and more. It seems like their reputation is well deserved, and all other things equal, I'd definitely order from Beach Camera again knowing I could get the help I need, if I needed it (though I usually don't). Purchase this KitchenAid Mixer and at a discounted $20 bucks off. A few days later after I received the mixer then, Black Friday reflects a much lower purchase price.
Emailed asking if this company would honor the Black Friday discount or any discount?
Rizalyn emailed me back stating they dont match other company discounts however, would offer a 10% off so I dont need to go through process of sending mixer back.
Yes, could have sent back, ordered a Black Friday deal however, when a company offer a discount following a purchase of 10% off is respectable and shows how ethical this company is. They have now earned my future business.
Dont hesitate to purchase from this company, proven to have your best interest in mind.

I ordered a "KitchenAid Artisan Series 5 Quart Tilt Head Stand Mixer with Pouring Shield KSM150PS, Feather Pink" mixer just before Black Friday, and noticed that a lot of these mixers went on a big sale.
I was considering returning the mixer I ordered to get a better deal. After initializing a return on Amazon, Rizalyn A from Beach Camera quickly reached out and offered me a discount/refund if I kept my product, so I did. I'm content with this. Thank you so much! :)
