Great Support Whenever We Need It

Quick to respond to both email and telephone support queries, we can usually rely on a swift resolution. Very helpful and knowledgeable team, we like working with BDR. Gets things done.

Been with BDR group for many years and their predecessor. I use the mobile phones team and I have been fortunate to have been assigned Diane Dolman as my go to contact.
Diane is absolutely fantastic, she is extremely knowledgeable on all things mobile phones, she gets things done and will always keeps in touch by way of updates if needed and is very pleasant at the same time. Industry in general needs more Diane Dolmans.

Excellent sales/AWFUL SERVICE

Excellent sales department, Appalling aftersales and support. Second case now of over a week without a good internet connection. No retun calls/comms, no resolution, no call back from managers when requested. Avoid if you value any kind of service for your business.

Clear, Patient, and Professional Service from Ade

Ade was fantastic in helping us get our internet sorted. It wasn’t a straightforward issue to deal with, but he explained the process clearly and made sure I understood exactly what I needed to do on my side so he could get everything done on his. His communication was excellent, and he made what could have been a frustrating experience feel simple and manageable. Really appreciated his patience and professionalism, highly recommend!

RMS Customer

I have be dealing with Dean Mitchell for several years now and I can honestly say he is amazing, nothing is ever to much trouble and most of the time my requests are very last minute and required immediately and he always delivers without any fuss. His knowledge of our systems is next to none.

Di always goes the extra mile…

Di (Dolman)always goes the extra mile for us a company and follows up to let me know what is going on. Many companies don't have the same one-to-one service that we get with Di & Della at BDR.

Brilliant support

Over the years that I have personally delt with BDR through work, the customer service has been brilliant especially Di (Dolman) No matter the issue or even if it was just a bit of help due to my lack of knowledge she has always been there would HIGHLY recommend. We definitely need more Di's in this world! :)

The experience was excellent

The experience was excellent. I am not totally OK with certain systems and how they work or are managed. Dean was so helpful setting things up so I could access both by my Mac and iPhone.
Recently had an issue I could not understand let alone resolve and Dean came to the rescue, sorted it for me and guided me through how to resolve the issue should it re-occur.
Fantastic, polite and expert service. Thank you.

Quality Service

We have ben using BDR for Comms and IT for a number of years and it's about time I sang their praises.
At no point have they let us down. When issues arise, as they invariably do, the response times have been swift and the resolution to the problem equally swift. My main point of contact is Dean and I cannot fault his knowledge and experience. I feel safe knowing he is on board to assist with any problems/queries/advice. A true asset to BDR.

I have dealt with Sean Foster and his team now over 3 businesses. BDR are my go to company for IT solutions. Setting up an Azure suite and Cloud PC system for our growing business was smooth and easy. Sean has been on hand at unreasonable hours and was always happy to help. A credit to BDR. From the outset, it was clear that you were committed to finding a solution, and you went above and beyond to ensure that everything was addressed promptly and effectively. Your meticulous attention to detail and your unwavering determination to see the problem through to its resolution did not go unnoticed.

Took 3 months to eventually port my…

Took 3 months to eventually port my number over.
Had horrendous internet so they supplied a 4g back up router that made their service useable.
After two weeks of having the phone line with them, they charged me £1600.
This was corrected, and they raised a new invoice where they double charged me for one month!
They then switched off the 4g back up that was in my contract and I was paying for, leaving me with intermittent broadband.
I then spent a week trying to sort out their service for an engineer to attend and then he left us without any working internet at all in my business for the Easter Weekend.
I will update this review with the situation as to what BDR does next, but currently this has cost me a lot of money this week trusting this company with my phone service and broadband.
