If i ever need new wheels i will be purchasing from BB wheels again! I had to change my order, and they were very quick to change it for me, and the shipping was very quick. They offer a piece of mind insurance to cover your damaged wheels from 1-3 years! I am very satisfied as a customer as i felt that i was taken care of!

wrong size wheel
Beware!
They sent me wrong size wheel, not what I ordered and would not accept the fact even after I sent pics and size marking from original and new wheel. To get refund, they want me to ship it to back to Canada, pay 25% restocking fees and should not been mounted. How could you know it’s not as per specs until you mount?
