I recently required legal advice on a section 21 notice that I had served on a tenant . The tenant submitted a defence and I need urgent help from a solicitor who knew the law regarding a section 21 possession notice.

Over all the over compnies I enquired with, some of which where simply rude and dismissive of my case, Barker Booth & Eastwood were simply easy to deal with from the get go.
Their service was professional and polite, informative and responsive throughout.

My claim took some time due to the oponents being stubborn about taking any resposibilty over the work injury, however after 2.5years the solicitors won the claim in the form of the company paying out so to close the claim against them.

The company accepted no responsibilty which was a shame for me and others that might be injured through similar circumstances but the pay out in itself was an admission of guilt and brought the whole situation (all bar my injury) to a close.

This will be my go to soilitors of choice and I'd be happy to recommend to others.
