The care and attention to my details and needs

As far as I can see the examination, explanation of the optician and fitting of the glasses went welll and my questions at fitting were answered. The glasses look good Time will tell if a get used to them it is too early to be definite on that yet. Very happy with experience so far.

As soon as I walk into the store I am greeted in a friendly but professional manner. Offered a drink and a seat in a comfy area.
The services are modern and efficient and the opticians are very knowledgeable going the extra mile to confirm your needs.
Post test there are many glasses to choose with options for every taste. Help with choosing the right frame for you if needed and great interactions with all staff along the way. Highly recommend.

Thorough eye test and lovely complimentary coffee on arrival. Followed by helpful discussion with assistant about new lenses.

Warm welcoming atmosphere, spotlessly clean. The optometrist explained everything clearly and understood my needs. An excellent range of spectacles with costs clearly explained and no pushy sales pitch. Good cup of coffee!

All the staff at bayfields are very kind, polite and helpful. The optician Gurpal was lovely. She spoke to my teenage son on a ‘level’ so that he fully engaged in his eye check rather than grunting as teenagers do. When collecting his glasses, Stephanie was a total perfectionist ensuring my son’s glasses fitted him just right, making all the tweaks needed until they were just right. I really appreciate the service at Bayfields, they really do look after you.

I appeared in the store, no appointment. I wanted to order a second pair of glasses and replacement lenses for the pair I was wearing. An appointment was found for me and I only had to wait 5mins. All staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful.
