Silvan is not a serious gør-det-selv…
Silvan is not a serious gør-det-selv shop. Their website says the product is not in the warehouse and that you can order it in the shop. I live just a short distance away from the shop so I went there so that I didn't have to put my credit card number into the computer. Silvan told me I have to order the product on line. Then I showed them on their own website that it says to order the product in the store. They didn't know how to order the product for me. 4 employees had no idea what to do. They took my number on friday and told me they would call me on monday. Of course I whet home and ordered the product online with Bauhaus. The price with Silvan and Bauhaus was exactly the same price. The difference was, the delivery from Bauhaus was free. Silvan wanted an extra 345 crowns. So that's about the service about ordering and receiving - which was just a few days later. The product, a TEXAS salt spreder was a nightmare to put together. But I knew this from the start as another person wrote about it saying there were too many parts and it took too long to put together. All of it was true - but that's not Baushaus or Silvans fault. Also the same exact product, same model number, was twice the price at Stark.

We have visited Bauhaus Roskilde many times, and every single visit has been a great experience. We are always welcomed in a very friendly and professional way by Oliver, who consistently goes out of his way to help and make customers feel comfortable.
Also at the checkout, Oliver always has a smile on his face. Even during peak hours, the service remains calm, efficient, and genuinely friendly, which really makes a difference.

Unacceptable service
Unacceptable. While we were told that the products (flooring) has been shipped and it will arrive on a specific date, it has not arrived and we dont have an estimation of when it arrives. We have meanwhile workers booked for installation. The customer care shows no empathy to try and solve the issue (they message has been "sorry we dont know the delivery time")
