Brilliant. While awaiting another battery company (who shall remain nameless) to deliver the items missing from an order, I placed a small order for 100 x Procell MN1500.

What great communication and service from this company. The order is here, properly packed within 48 hours of placing it and the shipping information was absolutely spot on.

I ordered two batteries over a week ago. I received dispatch and “how to track my package” notices. It’s now a week later the tracking system does not work. And batteryStation has no way of contacting them for a complaint. The “contact me” phone number is only for corporate customers. If you are a non-commercial customer, you just have to suck it up! More than disappointed as I now have to leave on a trip without the device for which I ordered the battery.

I ordered 2 packs of 4 rechargeable Duracell batteries. The delivery time was OK, but when I received the package and opened it, the battery packs were both opened. CS at BS said that it could have been the way the package was handled by the courier, but this rings alarm bells for me. If your delivery company are treating your goods this way you would be questioning the delivery companies code of practice. It must have taken a lot of force to make the battery packaging open up. The batteries are volatile items and should they get damaged, which is not visible, this could be dangerous for the user. Obviously these batteries had been mistreated at some point, whether that be at Battery Station or by the courier.

This is not a complete trashing of battery station, because they were very responsive to my concern and provided information that I requested. But as a supplied product, I am certainly being generous giving 3 stars. You really need to get a new courier that cares about my product or expect more reviews like this.

We made our first order on 10/08/23 and it arrived just after dinner time the next day. The value for money and super fast delivery mean that we will definitely be ordering again!

I always use Battery Station for buying my batteries now.
Prices are so much cheaper then anywhere else (example - LR44 4 pack in supermarket £8, the exact same ones at Battery Station £1.89!)
Delivery is quick and not too badly priced.
I've never had a problem with any of my orders.

Fantastic! My car key fob battery died yesterday and my spare was already dead. Stupid, I know! Anyways I got onto the BatteryStation website, ordered online and paid for Next Day delivery at 3pm yesterday.
Batteries just arrived at 10.40am. Sooo happy especially during the postal strikes.

I paid for next day delivery and it took 2 days for my package to arrive. When I asked for a refund on my postage costs they replied saying "Unfortunately, we have not control of the delivery of your parcel after it has been dispatched to Parcel Force, nor can we claim any compensation if a parcel in not delivered in time frame given."
It should for Battery station to take this up with Parcel Force! Outraged!!!

Excellent company, spot on with website, prompt delivery, will definitely use again.

Although I have received confirmation of my orders, I have received no tracking details and some 12 days has passed now with no sign of my order.

The website will not allow me to log-in and asks you to renew your password. Once done will still not log you in and continually asks for a password change.

Messaging the company online does not work either. It broke.

Contacting by phone is difficult. I could not get through to customer service and eventually could only speak to business sales, who apparently could not direct my call to someone who could help.

I am beginning to think this company might be bogus???

An update to my previous message. You do in fact now have a ticket from me. Your webpage kept coming up with an error message every time I tried to raise a ticket. On my 5th attempt to do so, I was successful. Yay! I was also finally able to update my password (that was also having issues) and login to view my order details. Yay! I also attempted to contact you by phone earlier today and was assured that someone would get back to me. They didn't. However, I notice that since that ticket has been raised, you have now re-picked the order and the tracker predicts delivery tomorrow. Yay! I am now mostly happy and convinced that you are not in fact a bogus company and that I will in fact get my goods. You have to admit though, that not being able to login or contact anyone, plus my order being late does look suspicious. As a result, I will raise your review score from 1 to 3.
