The accurate assistance given identifying the equipment I had to pin down the parts I needed was excellent, and considering I had an email saying the parts were delayed due to stock issues they still turned up very quickly.

Nearly good but just missed
My toilet was close coupled, I Sent a photo but was sent a spare for a separate cistern. All was not lost as I could swap the flush mechanism which was the problem. Otherwise fast good service.

A bit slow to ship but overall good
10 days after placing the order I hadn't heard anything so I emailed them and, coincidence or not, it was shipped that day and arrived shortly thereafter. It was good to be able to get the spare part for our discontinued unit, so thank you
