Absolute shambles dealing with an incoherent and pompous Pierre Bartlett. We were misinformed and not listened to at any time during the nightmare we had with this person. Searches carried out on a property were incorrect as we required commercial searches and received residential searches after we had moved solicitors due to the utter incompetence of this man. We have never received SLA and were misled over complaints procedures. We requested a return of deposit of 500.00 demanded on day one and are still waiting after 5 months. We have lodged a complaint with the SRA who seemingly have received numerous other complaints.
