I was sent a different bed
Looked nothing like the image

Communicated with them about it and they did nothing

And still they pick to argue
Without making anything clear on the website

For over two weeks they have been waiting for a response from the owner of the beds but I haven’t heard nothing

So yes I will open a PayPal case, PayPal gave you days to respond and you still said nothing

If the bed doesn’t look like the bed in the image
Then you are selling fraud!!

No point of a silly paragraph. If I asked for a storage base and you didn’t specify on the website that this won’t be the same bed in the image

Then you ‘The business’ is at fault

Then your arguing with me that you have a life outside that’s why you pick and choose when to respond

overall nice bed, fast delivery.But when it comes to customer service is weak. They do not reply to e-mails and on instagram also stopped responding. One side of the bed is crooked, it won't fit.For 2 months, no one will bear the consequences.

I can’t explain enough how excellent this company is. I reached out to them due to me ordering a bed from a different company (which was the worst decision I made, one of the beds issues being missing buttons) and asked BarronBeds if they could make me a button for my bed.
BarronBeds then sent me out 5 Buttons for free, all colour matched and sized to my specifications.

I am so blown away by the kindness and friendliness of this company- there isn’t many companies about like this one.

Very easy assemble and good quality. But a minor problem needed to be aware, the screws which are attached the head and bases will have a chance to get hurt. They are protruding around 4 inch inside the bases after assembly.

There are two nails protruding a little from the bottom plate

I have bought 2 bed frames from Barron Beds and I cannot fault them. The workmanship, quality and customer service is outstanding. Beautiful bed Absoloutley stunning! Very good delivery times, they quoted 2 weeks and it was ready and delivered within that time. Good customer services and very prompt on email. Would definately recommend. Very pleased.

Great bed at a very competitive price.
I had a couple of conversations with Tahir before placing the order.
The bed is fully configurable. You get to mix and match the design, fabric, storage, height of headboard etc.
I was kept informed about the progress and delivery.
We are happy with our purchase and would recommend Barron beds.

Absolutely gorgeous bed for the price. They communicated well through delivery. Be aware one person delivers. If my husband wasn’t home I wouldn’t have known what to do as I couldn’t help carry the items in . They obviously subcontract out.

Really happy with buying experience and the bed. Bed arrived within time promised, was well wrapped znd protected. We self-assembled ours in about half an hour. Really happy with value and quality.

Swift delivery , good quality bed, delivery men really helpful . Only thing is the colour isn’t quite as I expected but it’s growing on me now I guess . The extra storage is brilliant

Barron beds has been an awesome experience. From start to finish, the communication has been quick and efficient and the bed is exactly what I was looking for. The material and colour is on point, a lovely cream. I highly recommend using this company, it took me ages to decide who to order my beds from, but I am really glad I chose Barron Beds, they did not dissappoint!!

I really LOVE my bed and it is gorgeous, I cannot fault Barron Beds at all. Called and confirmed everything once I placed my order. I would recommend them for their beds 100%. I would’ve marked it 5 stars but their delivery company wasn’t professional in my opinion. They did call me and I missed their call however they then decided to leave my bed outside my house in the rain, they didn’t knock or ring the bell to confirm if anyone was inside. My sister had to drag this in by herself, the bed is heavy and she struggled, as bless her she’s tiny in height and weight. Making a few marks along the way. Which would not have happened if they had rung the door bell!

Fantastic company, really pleased with our Aliyah super king! Fast delivery and really helpful delivery lads - highly recommend.
