Typically I don't do reviews, but you insisted kindly with Opra praying GIF, so here we go ... I ordered a bottle of Sexton scotch, which appeared in stock on the website, but got email a day later stating that it was a 'system mistake' and the delivery would take 10 business days. Great, I was ready to wait, but after 10 business days (no one contacted me) I contacted them asking what's going on with my order, and the answer was I need to wait additional 8 business days, which, at that time, didn't work out for my scotch thirsty troat seemed impossible to withstand. So there ... my review :)

I paid but not received anything!!! awful customer service
I bought tea 10 days ago. I paid extra 45DKK for transportation, but I have not received it yet. I called several times and only could talk with answering machine!!! I sent email four days ago and they did not answer! I wish I had bought from local store instead of this disappointed experience.
