Lovely products, best face product I have ever used- complexion fix gel. Customer service is great too, responded quickly. Highly recommend.

I bought my usual bare minerals products and have used the site more than once. On each occasion the items arrive within 2 days which is great. On this occasion after placing the order I realised I had not used the code for the free gifts which I was offered due to spending more than £50.
I emailed that day asking if they could possibly still send the gift as I had realised my mistake.
Vicky messaged me very quickly and explained that the parcel had already been sent but she would certainly honour the offer and had arranged a second delivery of the free gifted items.
I must say the customer service level is always 100% and I would definitely recommend and will continue to order From them.

Very helpful assistant locating a product I couldn’t find anywhere

The reason for this review is that I have bought some items online and by my mistake, I thought I received the wrong item. Immediatelly complained to Bare and the lovely Stephanie replied promptly and even if she clarified that it was the right item, not to leave me frustrated, she treated me with the item I thought I bought. What a nice surprise and a fantastic customer service. Will be their loyal costumer forever....thank you Stephanie and Bare for the lovely products and experience.
Just LOVE IT Bare Minerals!! I have been wearing Bare makeup for many years and I cannot find a product so good all round to replace it. Used to have acne problems and this was the only foundatioin that it would not make it worse. Now on my menopause age, again, I cannot find a different makeup that would leave my skin looking and feeling soft, healthy and with a glow that only Bare leaves.

I love BareMinerals products, have been using them for a few years. Their customer service is also great. Got a speedy response to some query I had about a product that was out of stock.

I placed an order, when I received it something was missing. I contacted them and the matter was quickly resolved

On my second attempt of contacting BareMinerals, Aurore was very helpful regarding my return.

I received the wrong shade of complexion rescue, not sure if this was my fault or an error on the website as it was acting a bit temperamental that day and I also had a problem with my login details. I found my order No off PayPal and sent this along to bare minerals. They are very kindly sending me a replacement (free)of the correct shade and allowed me to keep the wrong shade which I think will be able to use in the winter months as not a big difference. I have used bare minerals for 8 years now and don’t think I will ever change it blends in so good and leaves no lines 😃 I have also used the bare minerals site for most as they quite often have great offers

I was unfortunately sent the wrong shade of foundation, however, with one phone call the matter was resolved quickly, thanks to Stephanie the process was made simple.

I had trouble with your website and when trying to order I got in a muddle when checking my bank account realised I was going to be charged for something I did not want Stephanie was very polite and very helpful and sorted everything out for me she was a star

Even though my item came damaged, no fault of bare minerals royal mail is where the blame lies. Bare minerals sorted out the problem immediately and sent out a replacement the very next day. Thanks 😊

Stephanie at customer services has been fantastic today. I had a parcel go missing through royal mail. Stephanie has sorted that out and explained what to do. I had to reorder on express delivery but the charge is being cancelled for me. I really do appreciate her help today
