Items arrived safely. Blower worked and then noise of bits in fan. Found fan mount screws apart in fan housing. Refit screws and tighten others. Now happy bunny.

Appalling delivery times after paying express delivery
I placed an order for my company's logo and paid an express delivery fee for the order to be delivered on the 11th of September. Today is the 23rd, I still have not received my order. I followed it up with a phone call and I was assured that I will receive my order the next day. I requested a refund for the delivery and the customer service person on the phone said that it will be refunded. I further received another email yesterday informing me that UPS has lost my parcel. That they are looking into it and will respond within 8 to 10 working days. The service is absolutely appalling and I will never use this company again. I will tell all my colleagues and friends to avoid it as plague.

Such a great service, price was VERY reasonable (even cheap!) considering it's a bespoke item, great communication and item was delivered ahead of delivery estimate and I love it! Would definitely recommend :)

Print was off-centre, they asked for several different types of "evidence" even after admitting the quality was poor. Then said they would ship a replacement before stopping replying to emails. Avoid!

Colossal waste of time and money
I ordered a vinyl banner to put up outside an event on the weekend of 6/7 September. To be fair, it was an afterthought and I only ordered it a week beforehand, so although it might have arrived in time I paid an additional £34 (around 3 times the cost of the banner itself) to have a ‘rush’ delivery, which should have come with 2 days to spare. Then just before the weekend I was notified that the banner had been held up in Ahmedabad of all places. It arrived after the event was over. They keep it very quiet that you are ordering something from the other side of the world! What was it like? I don’t know, what’s the point of opening it now!? Needless to say I won’t be using them again - colossal waste of time and money.

The worst customer service ever
This has been genuinely the worst customer satisfaction I have ever had. On a call for 58 minutes, most of which I was on hold for only to be hung-up on at the end. My design was perfect and exactly as I wanted it but kept being told that it didn't meet requirements. These requirements are not stated anywhere. The design team were useless and when it came to actually requesting for me to get my money back I'm told that best I can hope for is a call back in 4 to 6 hours.
