My experience at the Banff Aspen Lodge

This is a good hotel in Banff. The room is spacious and clean, the breakfast buffet is fantastic, the shower is great and the hotel is in a good location close to downtown Banff. There is only one lift in the Lodge and that could be a problem and the lift is not particularly spacious. Apart from the front office manager who showed a lack of responsibility, lack of initiative, lack of service skills in assisting guests, the staff are generally courteous, helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel when in Banff.
