Fantastic service received
Purchased some cycling shoes. Wasn't 100% sure on size so ordered 2 pairs of different sizes.
Order came quickly. Well packaged. Sent the wrong size item back. Sorting this was super easy and notification the had received it on the Monday. I only posted on the Friday.
Super quick service. Shame they are not Up North for a visit in person too !!

Great pricing - I bought a 2026 model Scott bikewith a significant reduction. Buying was easy, delivery was quicker that expected the comms throughout were good. The bike arrived with a bit of damage, probably done during transit, but when I complained the response was quick and positive. I will buy again from Balfe's without hesitatipon.

The shoes are great but I ordered two pairs to get the right fit and I had to pay £8 to return the ones that did kit fit. Shoes are great but I am not sure I would use the company again as the returns policy is pretty poor.

Our returns policy, including responsibility for the cost of returning items that do not fit, is available on our website before purchase. We understand that ordering more than one size can be helpful when choosing footwear, but the return postage for the unwanted pair remains the customer’s responsibility.

A pair of shorts in the order were too small and so I returned them direct to shop, where the return was processed and refund issued on the spot.

Great news! Brilliant S Works Shoes
Great news, very happy with my new Specialized S Works road shoes. I chose a half size bigger 43.5 instead of my normal 43 based on the reviews that they came up a little bit small. Great news! They fit like a glove, good firm boa closure system.
Nice and stiff, foot held firmly giving good power transfer. 10/10 perfect 👍 Thanks for the special offer Balfes 😀
