Outstanding! I never use anyone else, such is the reliability, quality, communication, quick turnaround and secure delivery from Baldwins. Been a customer for years now and have never been let down. I love their products - authentic and of real quality. I also value their excellent communication; they will phone if there is an issue with an order and they are genuine people at the end of the phone - no fake sale pitches or insincere twaddle, just friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them. Always a big relief and a pleasure to know there is such a solid and reliable company as Baldwins still around, ...run by people that are genuine and that care ~ just like in the old days, but so rare nowadays!

Their customer service is exceptional. I felt like I was talking with an old-fashioned, family owned business. One that wants repeat customers and cares for their experience. I am glad they carry products I like, and will be ordering again.

Great Oils Good Company very knowledgable And helpful if you have any questions, website has loads of information on each oil and they use a very reliable delivery company.All round great service!

Excellent products. The website has a massive range of products which are ethical and many organic ranges.

This is now going to be my go to store for all things herbal and restorative. This company has an excellent reputation and is a recommended source for products from various publications I have read.

I had a slight hiccup with postage when I misunderstood the information for the option I chose on checkout. Which due to illness in the family as the reason for ordering some products, I had been unfairly annoyed about. But as soon as I highlighted what I felt was unclear information, I received an immediate response which I felt very kind.

The customer service is responsive and very helpful, and as I say, the products are great. I am currently building up a list of supplies that I am looking forward to purchasing from this historic and established company.

Most of us come on to TrustPilot when we are in two minds about an unknown and wish to find evidence and reassurance that the business you are thinking of doing trade with is of a trustworthy and ethical nature with quality products or/and service. If you look in the back of any Herbal Remedy book, look in the list of trusted suppliers for any Herbal Medicine Education course, etc and so on, G Baldwin & Co are in the list of recommendations.

You can feel reassured that what you buy is what it says on the tin. Good quality, trusted supplies.

Great customer service, speedy delivery and high quality product. My purchases were well packed with recycle-able packaging.

I contacted the sales department following an issue with my order. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a reply within an hour. Ms Williams not only resolved the matter but also sent a complimentary duplicate of an item I had ordered.

I have used G Baldwin and co before and will definitely be returning to them.

Disappointing experience to say the least. I contacted customer services 4 TIMES to find out when my order would be dispatched and every single day I was told it would be tomorrow it would be tomorrow... customer services didn’t seam to care about the CUSTOMER I was just told that I should have paid for next day delivery if I wanted my products quickly. They claim they dispatch within 3 days and I’d ordered 5 days ago and like I say “customer services” kept assuring me it would be dispatched next day. It says something about a company when they can’t do their main job which is to dispatch web orders on time. In the end I requested a refund which again the customer services staff didn’t really care about. Very disappointing experience with this company and would urge anyone to spend their money elsewhere.

An absolutely terrible experience I had whilst visiting the Baldwins Elephant & Castle shop today, it was a totally weird one. From the moment I walked into the shop, I was totally ignored by the shop assistant woman with the Mohican hair cut who continued a conversation with a friend about bracelets. I did not even get the usual common courtesy of, ‘I will be with you shortly’ or any other form of greeting. When the sales assistant eventually got around to serving me, I politely asked her if I could have 500g of a herbal product but made up into 100g bags as per usual, I always buy 500g in 100g bags to share with friends from Baldwins without any problems. The sales assistant rudely told me that it was against shop policy to sell 500g made up with 100g bags. I explained to her that I had bought the item many times before in 100g bags and the other sales assistants were happy to sell it. The sales assistant then thought it necessary to lecture me on why she will not be selling the item in this fashion. As I could see the potential of the situation becoming very heated with things getting out of hand I told the assistant that she was welcome to do as she sees fit. On her return, which was some time in the stock room, I asked her why she felt the need to chastise customers and she rudely asked me if I thought I had the right to adopt an attitude. I calmly explained to the assistant that everyone had an attitude whether good or bad and she was giving bad customer service.
As a Baldwins in-store and online customer for many years now, I feel that on this occasion the sales assistant did not represent Baldwins in a good light and due to this unfortunate experience, I will sadly take my business elsewhere.

Have ordered several times and also been a couple of times to the shop in London. Great selection of natural products and material. Quick delivery when ordering online. Customer service answers questions quickly an knowledgably. Having been to the shop and seen how spotless and well sorted it is, I trust the quality of their products even more now.

I have ordered from this site several times over the years and never been anything but satisfied. Great products, great service, and fast shipping too, and they've never messed up any orders for me either. 10/10 can recommend.
