This is the second order I have received from Baldwins in which items were damaged. I have spent hundreds of pounds with this organisation, but you want me to return an opened bag of fennel seeds which have of course been disposed of. I ordered a 500g bag, for which most of the contexts was inside the box and I was offered a 25g replacement, despite the original packaging being opened. It is unsanitary to use opened food items. Safe to say I will not be shopping with you again.

I called to enquire about the herbalist appointment. A woman called Sarah answered my call. When I asked if the process was the same for continued appointments, she mocked me, I asked her to not be so disrespectful and that I had a disability, as to which she replied “ I can’t see your disability” 2 managers and the company director later, (Stephen Dagnell)whom all patronised me and gaslit me. If you want to deal with emotionally stunted people with no respect or accountability then baldwins is for you.

I placed an order with Baldwin's before the 19th September, it was over £70 pounds ! Apparently ( for my saftey) royal mail tracking...that the customer can not track ! By the 26th STILL no order. A person named Duc ! Complaining to me like my missing order is my place to find out where it went missing ! I had wanted the order re-sending...but received such complaing and whinging He then TOLD me IT'S A REFUND THEN. As if it were His buisness and out of his pocket ! I would never recommend Baldwin's Or use ever again ! What happened to customer service ?

Film bag of the dried pulse / plant food had split prior to taking it out of the box this morning which resulted in a prompt impromptu clear up of the loose dried pulses.

On an entirely different customer service note the service wasn't as efficient and swift as I was expecting.

Very pleased with the order! I ordered 3 bottles of Cranberry juice, which came at an amazing price! The delivery was quick and they kept me updated. After receiving the package I have found that the bottles were very well and securely wrapped which I was impressed with! Will definitely use this company again!

Received my billberry jam. Waited longer than I expected. Delivery charge is very expensive. Not much fruit in the jam either. Over all very much dissatisfied customer.

A very trustworthy business with a huge selection of herbs. The reason I wanted to write the review was because I was pleased to see that the delivery box was sealed with water activated tape (more environmentally friendly) and, even better, the herbs were packed in transparent bags made of compostable film. Not suitable for the home compost but suitable for food waste collection. I stuck mine in the garden waste, as that also goes to an industrial compost facility.

I cannot rate this company enough. Have used them a number of times, their products are high quality, well wrapped, delivery spot on and communicative. I had an issue with one delivery and the customer service received couldn’t have been better if I wanted it to. Highly recommend. I’ve used other company’s and they do not come close to the service and quality or customer care

I used this company for the first time and the service was outstanding. I had to call them first with some questions and I spoke to Andrea who was just so helpful. I then placed the order and it turned up quicker than expected (due to postal strikes) which was an added bonus. The items (glass bottles) were extremely well packed to prevent breakage. I also appreciated the updates regarding my order/delivery.The price I paid was the best I found online, and for any future purchaes of vitamins etc, Baldwin will be my first port of call. Very professional and have shown great care & concern. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thank you to Andrea and the team.

What a great find this website was, full of lovely items and superbly packaged, I ordered glass bottles and great care was taken with wrapping them. Can't wait for my next purchase.

Products arrived promptly and of good quality. Bought corn silk, Viridian magnesium supplement, Activated Vit. K, Swedish bitters, sunflower seeds and chia seeds. Very happy, thankyou.

I ordered Baldwins St Johns Wort Herbal Tincture 500ml only after ordered and tried previously in 100 ml bottle format.

Today, I opened this 500 ml bottle and I have found that the tincture has a lack of consistency and concentration than the 100ml bottle.

I have shacked the bottle but the solution is definitely less dark that 100ml bottle and it taste softer.

This bottle has been diluted in water and has less concentration of product that other formats, which seems completely fraudulent to me.

The 500 ml bottle description on your website does not shows any disclaimer informing about lower concentration of product. This can be considered misleading.

The valarium I bought is excellent quality and doesn't contain alcohol like all the others, very quick delivery ordering from the website too.

Excellent quality plants but the packaging which they come in is beyond pathetic. Dagnell has zero interest in running the business. The herbal tinctures have such poor quality inking the names comes off within a few days and you cannot tell which herb it is anymore. The herb powders are in cellophane bags which are not suitable for using after they have been opened as the herb is lost everywhere because you cannot close the bag. I have never come across such awful packaging. Customer service are also very ignorant and do not care to listen to any personal requests for delivery or delivery preferences, neither do they care about reported side effects or providing any herbal advice. They lack any knowledge in the herbal sphere and only seem to be knowledgeable in shifting stock from one place to another. The excellent plants run the business for them because of their usefulness rather than the staff itself offering any quality experience.

This is my first order of Organic Essential Oils and it certainly won't be my last. My order was shipped very promptly and packaged very well. These are very good quality oils and their perfume lasts a lot longer than the non organic oils that I have been using. Thoroughly recommended.

top notch brand, high quality materials and packed well and tidy, their prices are fair to the quality one gets.

Their product range, reasonable prices and reliable delivery service with their one hour time slots provided by DPD (better than Royal Mail) is convenient way to order in lockdown London. I regularly buy Clipper Assam teabags and am experimenting with their dandelion teabags for the first time. I add Biona organic pressed ginger juice to my morning pineapple and freshly squeezed lime juice - truly delicious!
