Just wanted to give a 5 star shout out to the security guys Tom & Dave, who helped me find my phone that been left on a coach a day or so earlier. They searched the coach, made a number of phone calls and we eventually located it! All out of hours, and they were so patient and helpful. Thank you!
Went on a trip to Kew Gardens (gold coach) at the weekend - I havent done such a trip previously (I usually travel solo and drive myself) but was absolutely delighted that I had chosen to do this trip via Baker Dolphin.
Lovely comfortable coach, great itinerary and Lou, Reece and Silvie couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant . It was a really really lovely trip and will definitely being booking more.

We had a great theatre trip London with Baker Dolphin. Our drivers Caitlyn and Hugh were fabulous! They were professional, caring, thoughtful, and genuinely lovely people.
