Lovely jewellers with very helpful and patient staff. I have a ring that came from the original Baker Brothers store in Letchworth many years ago and Steph was extremely kind and knowledgeable during my recent appointment to have the ring resized. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service each time I have visited the store over the years . Great customer service and a friendly team. Communication has always excelled be it over the phone , via email or in person.

Can’t recommend highly enough. Although we haven’t purchased yet we were treated to the very best customer service from Fenella. Very knowledgable - nothing was too much trouble. The whole team were fantastic. 10 stars.

I have been a customer of Baker brothers for last 5-6 years, from their previous showroom to current exceptionally well managed and larger current showroom.

I have had the pleasure and opportunity to purchase some watches from them and my experience has been outstanding. From my first experience inquiring about a watch, till my recent purchase, I have found that I have always been treated with warmth, compassion and a lot of respect. Buying expensive items such as jewellery or watches, can be a nervous experience but I have found that I have felt to be at ease regarding all my inquiries. They are very professional, take time to listen to inquiries and provide excellent and detailed feedback and thoughtful recommendations. Transactions are straightforward and hassle free.

My experiences with Claire, Paul and recently with Kellie have been amazing. In fact, on my recent purchase, I had a request made to be accommodated and despite knowing full well it was tricky and difficult, Kellie made sure that not only my request is acknowledged, she managed to fulfil the order well before even expected time frame and I am thrilled with the experience. I rate their dealing with their customers very high and it always a pleasure to drop by for any inquiry.

I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who is interested in buying jewellery or watches as a trust worthy and professional jewellers. Looking forward to continue my relationship with them for years to come.

Lidianna was so understanding and helpful when we took my 8 year old granddaughter into the shop to choose her baptism chain and cross.
She made it a memorable experience for all of us and could not have been more welcoming and friendly - giving her time and attention freely.

Extremely efficient and friendly service from all the staff and especially from Stefania. Order placed for a watch after inspecting the exhibition model. I first visited in January to enquire about a Rolex Oyster Perpetual, where I spoke with Tanya. She was knowledgeable, welcoming, and took the time to clearly explain the entire process, which I really appreciated.

At the beginning of March, I received a call from Tanya to say I had secured an allocation, which I was genuinely surprised (and delighted!) about given how quickly it came through.

I also corresponded with Alexandra via email regarding the deposit and arranging my visit to the store. She was extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with throughout.

When I came in to pay the deposit, Alexandra encouraged me to try on a few other pieces, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I also had the chance to explore engagement rings and their custom jewellery offering. Both Tanya and Alexandra were incredibly knowledgeable and shared insights about the industry, including diamond grading and quality, that I hadn’t been aware of before.

Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Baker Brothers for anyone considering a Rolex or other jewellery purchase.

I’m extremely happy with my experience purchasing an engagement ring from Baker Brothers. From the very beginning, the service was outstanding. I initially visited with my partner, and we were warmly welcomed and supported while choosing the perfect ring.

Stef, who assisted us, was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to guide us through the options, sharing her knowledge and making sure we felt confident and comfortable with every step of the decision. Her approach was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful, which made the experience even more special.

A few weeks later, I returned on my own to finalise the purchase. After speaking with Stef over the phone beforehand, she had everything prepared and provided all the details I needed to make the right choice. Her attention to detail and dedication really stood out.

I didn’t feel rushed, looked at a good range of watches. A good selection available to try. Good knowledgable friendly accommodating staff we were helped by Lidi on this occasion and Tanya previously.

Alexandra provided an excellent service from arrival to leaving, it was my Mrs birthday and Alexandra made her day as well as mine.
Working in retail myself I can appreciate people on shift going above and beyond to make you feel valued.

What a wonderful experience we’ve had. Fenella was superb from start to finish & after showing us several styles and asking questions, she found an absolutely perfect ring. She then arranged for a custom made ring in the same style to be made which we’ve now collected. Couldn’t be happier. I can’t say enough how useful it is to see the rings in person before purchase. Thank you very much, we will always remember the lovely experience & great customer service we received.

Getting the repair done by the shop we bought from 23 years ago

Paul looked after us exceptionally well and was very knowledgeable about the watches he showed us. There was a good selection and my son was delighted . Once we made a selection , the watch was adjusted and paperwork completed very professionally.
All in all a very positive experience.

Kellie has been absolutely amazing to deal with. She is supportive, knowledgeable and always on hand with some good ideas about what my next purchase should be. The service and relationship with the team as a whole is brilliant! I feel amazingly privileged to be a Baker Brothers customer..

I spent a few hours being wonderfully looked after by Lidi and 2 of her colleagues. They were friendly, knowledgable and very patient, and obviously enjoyed sharing their love of jewellery and watches with me. At no point was there any pressure to buy. I would highly recommend Baker Brothers if you want excellent service and trustworthy advice when making a special purchase.
