Be very careful and avoid using the services of these scammers. I requested a refund for my travel insurance after my visa was rejected, but even after two years, I have yet to receive it. They have shown no consideration for my situation as a student.

When I applied to travel to another country previously, I chose a different insurance company. When my visa was rejected, they processed my refund the very same day I emailed them. This time, I opted for Bajaj because I believed that choosing a company from our own country would ensure better service. Unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing

Unethical Practices and Hidden Charges
I am extremely disappointed with Bajaj Finserv’s services. Despite having a loan with them, I am constantly being charged unnecessary fees and deductions from my account without proper explanation or consent. Their customer service is unresponsive, and it’s nearly impossible to get a clear resolution.

This lack of transparency and poor customer support is unacceptable. I would not recommend Bajaj Finserv to anyone. Be cautious before taking any loans or financial services with them!

I am beyond frustrated with my experience with Bajaj Finance. They lure you in with promises of easy personal loans, but once you're in, the nightmare begins. They not only charge you more than your agreed EMI but also tack on unnecessary insurance for the loan amount without clear communication. And if that wasn’t enough, they throw in an annual maintenance fee just for the loan credits, which is outright exploitative.

The interest rates are far higher than what you'd expect, making the loan an endless financial burden. The customer support team is nothing but a facade – unhelpful, dismissive, and downright rude. They give vague answers and do nothing to address real issues. It feels like their entire system is designed to trap middle-class, working individuals and bleed them dry.

Bajaj Finance is taking advantage of hardworking people who may not be fully aware of all the fine print. Once you're in their clutches, they find every way possible to drain you financially. Please stay far away from Bajaj Finance if you value your hard-earned money. They’re nothing but cheaters with deceptive practices that exploit customers.

Karma will hit them very hard for exploiting people's hard earn money beyond the standard lending ploicies and interest rates

They exploit everyway possible, dont take any loans unless you are not getting from other banks.

I took a loan of 4 lakhs and never missed an EMI, but I'm literally dying trying to pay it back. I've been paying for 2 years and have already paid 2 lakhs, but they still tell me it's only the interest and I have to pay the full 4 lakhs. The agents are super bad and literally threaten to send boys to my house if I'm even a day late on EMI. Please don't get trapped in their scheme. I deeply regret the day I decided to take this loan. I feel like I might have to sell my kidney to pay it back, and even then, they would charge more.

Bad customer service. Pestering every month for advance payments. Very rude staff.

I have taken bajaj personal loan , I paid for one year and went to foreclose the loan. They made us run many times as there server was down. Foreclosure charges 20k and even though it was there mistake they have charged extra charges 800. I have taken 4,87000. But I paid 600000 against the loan . Which really too much. I paid 18k per month , but it was reflecting only 8k in the app. Balance was showing more to pay. Really don't take loan from bajaj u have sell the. Property to clear their loan. One day if u delay your payment. They keep increasing intrest for each day. Such a fraud and cheaters they are. Manager was very rude while speaking on phone. Very rude.dont go for bajaj loan.worst ever experience

Worst ever platform. I request everyone to look for better options. Day after tomorrow you will literally hit your head on wall and regret. They are nothing but a pure scam.

They do not trasact the money on given date and then when while checking in app shows that payment is received. And after few days they start calling and threating and take extra charges . Rude shamelss and cheap bank. No manners to speak.

Bajaj finserv is the worst finance company in India. It is the cheating company and very bad to customer. The managers are worst specially one of manager Mr. Vishal Goyel
RCU team. They don't no the manner and behaviour how to talk with customer during loan process. Finally these guys are rejected after taking all document and sign of approved amount.

I would like to request all please don't go with Bajaj Finserv and this type of team member in RCU team.

Guys this is a glorified ford company, so many hidden charges that they never discussed upon and you cannot even think, please don't rely on them, I strongly advise against relying on their products or services, and I cannot recommend them based on my highly negative experience.

Bad company please don't apply RBL Bajaj super card this company. He speaks one thing and gives another service.
