Excellent customer service from this shop. I recently bought a couple of items for Christmas presents and also enquired about a small piece of luggage which I could use as hand luggage on planes. I was shown different items which might 'fit the bill' so had several options to choose from and I have now bought one of them. They keep a large stock of items and take time to show customers what is available. Excellent local independent store.

The customer service at Bagcraft is fantastic. I bought 2 Samsonite C-LITE suitcases from them, on recommendation, of the shop, from a friend.
Gary is 100% on the top of his game and absolutely could not have done more to advise me. He's extremely informative, knowledgeable, helpful and patient.
The delivery was speedy and well packaged. I'm delighted with my purchase.

I have bought the second backpack bag at Bagcraft and would always recommend due to the choice they have in stock, displayed really well and very helpful. Please try and shop local we need our independent shops. Just an example I went up to Oxford Street for a bag came back without one went into Bagcraft and found exactly what I needed, due to their extensive range.

after many terrible shopping experiences in the UK I was pleasantly surprised to visit this store and was welcomed warmly and had a great chat to the gentleman (and lady) that were instore the day I visited. the customer service was amazing and it was nice to support a small local business after being treated so poorly by staff at other bigger stores on my travels

I made a mistake with the address on my order - this was a Christmas gift for my mum - contacted Bagcraft the following day, they corrected my error, very friendly team and it was not a problem; the shopping trolley arrived the following afternoon, with a handwritten note to my mum, who was delighted with the trolley and the note. Great service at the best prices.

This is the best bag store in the South East, they have an enormous collection of bags, all shapes and sizes, why go elsewhere when you have this store on your doorstep.

I wanted to replace my elderly purse and was signposted to Bagcraft by the wholesaler. Bagcraft responded to my request within hours of my email. I phoned the next day to confirm my order and make payment. They already had my chosen item out ready to be mailed to me.
What fantastic service - if only other businesses would seek customer service guidance from them.

I was seeking a messenger bag for myself. I did not want leather but a fabric similar to a rucksack and also big enough to store a water bottle as well as phone, keys etc. The Shop Owner was very helpful and engaging and sourced me the ideal bag from Enrico Benetti. The shop has a great range and would certainly visit here again for my needs.
