🚨 Very disappointing experience with Back Market.
I bought a Galaxy S23 and the battery was faulty from the start.
I contacted their support to get a replacement.
Here’s what happened:
• forced to send the phone back before any replacement
• more than 20 days without a phone
• wrong delivery address used despite my repeated confirmations
• package stuck with the carrier for days
• generic copy-paste responses from support with no real solution
To deal with this, I even had to fly from Italy to France just to organize the replacement.
And despite that trip…
👉 I still didn’t receive the phone before leaving for a several-month trip to Asia.
Overall: poor organization, slow support, and complete indifference to the customer’s situation.
And the compensation for all of this?
👉 A 5% discount code.
⚠️ If you’re counting on reliable customer support, think twice before buying from Back Market.

Scammed with Korean variant of Samsung Galaxy S23(SM-S911N )
I live in France and they sold me the Korean variant of S23 (SM-S911N) which has some network-related limitations outside Korea.Be careful to check the variant of the device you buy as they do not specify it when you buy it.There is some fault on my side that i realized this issue bit late before i could return the device,i live in rural area and assumed the network coverage was generally low.Now when i try to resell it on the same platform they are complaning about the network and paying me 20 euro for the device which i paid 526,99 €

Ordered an iPhone. It arrived broken (the speaker was muffled). Sent it back for repairs from Ireland using the prepaid label. They then said we can’t ship it back to Ireland ?? Makes no sense. AVOID. Buy somewhere else!
