Great email communication and fast delivery!

Don’t deal with this company. I ordered a 360 photobooth enclosure with the LED lights. The enclosure looked great and the delivery came in quickly which I have no complaint. The LED lights worked for 2 days and then stopped working. I called multiple times to get their company greeting and to be hung up on several times, to getting someone to talk to who then sent me on a LONG email conversation asking for things they needed one thing at a time and response time was 24-48 hits in between each ask and response. Due to this painfully slow process, they agreed to finally send a replacement weeks later. For an event that lasted 4 weeks, the LED lights will have worked for 8 days and it took 23 days to resolve!! Absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable.

Rookie company, stay away at all costs!! pay a bit more and work with professionals. My experience working with this company was very stressful.

We had an issue with our backdrop. There was an area of white that did not come out clearly when we received it. I sent an email in and ask how we could make it right since it was our first order and did not meet expectations. I received no response.

Banner was nice, however paid for express shipping and it was not shipped in a timely manner.

I could not be more pleased with our order and experience. We had a number of challenges with submitting the correct format for the artwork (all my fault) and I was terribly worried that the order would not arrive in time for a major conference. The staff were patient and professional, although I am sure they were pulling their hair out. They kept working with me until we had artwork that they knew would give us good results, and then they rushed the production to be sure we would still make the deadline. The order arrived two days early, and it is beautiful ~ great printing, excellent quality on the stretch wall structure, beautifully engineered... don't hesitate to order from Backdrop Source!

Backdrop came really quick. I set it up in less than 45min by myself. Slick!!!

It seems too good to be true, but it’s not!! Once I ordered, I got my email for the proof within an hour, and my banner was printed and shipped even faster than expected! It looks great, is priced well, and I will definitely be ordering from here again if I have more banner or printing needs. I just can’t believe the quality and quickness for the amazing price! It’s hard to find sustainable options, but Bannersource turned out to truly have it all!

I have been very happy with your service in the past but my most recent experience was not at all what I expected. I purchase a 10x8 backdrop as a duplicate to my previous purchase last fall. The frame was reported as delivered by UPS but was never received. I was forced to order a second backdrop for our event which fortunately arrived on time. I have yet to receive the first frame and follow up from backdrop source and UPS has been disappointing. I now have 2 frames and 3 fabrics.
