I was promised to get my display by this morning. It is currently late, and was told over the phone I may get my display after the show is over. Was then blamed over the phone for approving artwork a day later, but I had purchased with no approval necessary in order to move it along quicker. When I approved the artwork, I was promised to still get my display on time. Paid both rush fees to maybe get my display after the show.
Gabe provided us with INCREDIBLE customer Service.
Signwin produced our product with very little display - as we needed it right away.
FedEx did an incredible job of LOSING OUR SHIPMENT!!! For days we could not get a response on where they actually delivered it - ACTUALLY NO RESPONSE!1 then all of a sudden they sent us a note telling us they were shipping it back to the supplier. WHAT JERKS - They said they delivered it to us and a person we never heard of had signed for it. The FedEx customer service department must have cost millions of dollars to design a system that is so incredibly flawless so as never allow a customer to ever get any type of communication or results. Signwin, on the other hand, was spectacular about getting our package back to us with minimum delay - GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE by Gabe!

I need to break this review into two parts. First, the product would be five stars. Good quality, delivered super fast.
Overall though, I think this company has significant credibility issues. Free shipping is mentioned multiple times on the home page, including on promotions for their current incentive. It's only when you get to the product page you see a small disclosure that it's only for orders above $900. What's my shipping cost to deliver a 6ft cloth tablecloth? $260!!! After questioning them, and several back and forth e-mails fighting with me, they mentioned, I can provide my own label, but they only ship with FedEx. Their website states that they are proud to ship UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The item arrived DHL, so the FedEx statement was wrong. Eventually, I was given a free shipping coupon code which I appreciated.
In designing the graphics, every response was concluded with a warning that any delays in response could prevent delivery on time unless we paid for rush service. Every communication seems to try and scare us into extra fees.
The product is great, but they should address some of these contradictions on their website.
