My church was donated a media wall metal frame and I managed to find product specifications in the bag that exactly matched the specifications for one of the media walls on the Backdrop Source website. I reached out to Customer Service and they were kind and helpful. I ended up paying someone on Fiverr to design it for me and then ordered the fabric only option. It came quickly and it was perfect! Everyone was sooooo thrilled. I had a good experience with this company. There are photos of it on the Seven Streams Church Facebook page if you want to see it.

I do not recommend anyone do business with this company. 0 stars if I could. We ordered a retractable backdrop on January 2, 2024. From the very start, communication was poor. I never received any tracking information as promised, the banner just showed up at our doorstep. We then realized it was broken - the case for the retractable banner would not close properly, making it impossible to transport this huge banner. I went back and forth with Backdropsource for OVER *FIVE MONTHS* trying to get a resolution. They kept giving me the runaround saying oh we'll get back to you in a couple more days, we're still looking into it, just a few more days... then they said they were sending a replacement. I waited around, then asked for tracking, at which point they told me they actually could not send a replacement and would send me a refund, finally, in May. More waiting and more following up... then finally we receive the refund, and it's for HALF the amount paid. Now waiting around again for the rest of our money. It's June 11 and I have been pulling my hair out dealing with this company for over six months.

Great product! I love the fabric, the bright colors, and the way it lays wrinkle free.

Quick service and it was how I wanted it

The backdrop was not only beautiful, and the fabric is awesome. Many fabrics show wrinkles but not this fabric, it didn't even need ironing after hanging it up for a few days.

Do not trust the .ca site . I ordered backdrop and within 10 mins I received text message that says "Your package has arrived at your local DHL depot. It's on hold due to import charges. Please pay the imports and get them delivered and share the receipt with us, we will reimburse you for this as we are having difficulties paying on your behalf". i keep getting calls from "DHL" to make payment when I had not even approved the proof. in their inspiration they sent the DHL message to me by email using the same email used for the mockup.
they are scams!!!

We received our backdrop scroll for our conference quickly. It is our go-to when we have conferences that require travel because it is light and fits in all vendor spaces, regardless of the size. The coloring of the scroll, weight, and ease of use are the some of the best features about it!

Horrible company. Please do not buy anything from these thief's. Order a trade booth came all bent and scratched up and wont return calls or return my money. PLEASE DONT NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.

Inm really upset about delivery and sourcing of materiel. On their website, it s clearly indicated that they have a shop at Toronto.

After I have ordered 2 banners, I have received a tracking and I had a surprise because the origin is china. Following that information, I have Been notified by DHL with importation fees.

I m really upset about that situation.
