Mike was extremely informative throughout the whole process,assembling the bed with ease(and care).The difference in sleep was immediately noticeable on the first nightfall you to everyone at back care beds.

The delivery man was full of knowledge told us how to put the bed together in easy to understand knowledge and he also put the motor on the bed for us , my mum was very happy with the bed thank you .

Amazing experience visiting Back Care Beds. The team are friendly and really helpful. We needed an adjustable bed and had a great demo of the bed and matresses prior to purchase.

The delivery people were absolutely great. The bed was very easy to assemble and appears to be of very solid construction. When ordering the sale staff were very helpful. All together, a great experience. Very well pleased.

We bought our twin, king size adjustable bed after ordering on-line. Today it was delivered by Luke, who expertly built our bed. During, assembling each piece Luke took time to explain each individual piece and ensured that we understand its function. He, through friendly conversation showed understanding of individual physical needs related to Multiple Sclerosis & COPD. Luke’s knowledge,understanding along with sharing of advice on how to use every element of our bed makes writing this positive 5star plus easy to write.

We asked a number of adjustable bed suppliers for brochures to find that only 3 of them actually quoted prices, the rest wanted to send a salesman out to discuss and quote pricing. This was a big no-no as we didn't want any high pressure selling.
We visited all three of them, Back Care Beds being the last. We were met by Luke who demonstrated the beds and showed us the options available and answered all of our questions.
We were impressed by the beds and the pricing and placed the order there and then.
Delivery was made 8 days later by the excellent Mike who installed and demonstrated the bed and took all the rubbish with him, he even helped me get our old King Size bed & mattress downstairs and into the garage.
A perfect buying experience and we would recommend them to anyone.

Now finally, was it worth it?
We have had the bed for a little over a week now and am pleased to say that that our sleep has improved noticably, (and less snoring)!
For anyone concerned about storage space we have found that we can get 3 plastic storage boxes under the bed with no problem.

Very helpful, nothing was to much of a problem, they kept me up to date, to pick the right bed was easy with their help, and they were not pushy like a lot of the others, our delivery man was great, such a good sport and a good laugh, would definitely refer this company to others.

From start to finish we have been really impressed. We weren't sure exactly what to buy but a phone call soon sorted that. The advice and explanations given were really helpful. Delivery lead time was a surprise too - not weeks and weeks like some of the bigger brands.

The frame is well made and the mattress is really comfy - we went for the top of the range and it was definitely the best decision.

We opted for installation and again were really impressed - got a call on the day with a time slot and all rubbish was taken away. On completion we were given a demonstration and opportunity to ask questions.

Everyone we engaged with was friendly, helpful and professional and we would definitely recommend the beds to family and friends.
