Baby Sensory Reviews 

The classes themselves (from what my wife tells me) are amazing and really good for our little one.

However the reason for the poor review is that 3 months ago I paid for a Father’s class, 1.5hrs before the class I received a text saying it was cancelled - no issue.
The class was never rebooked and I have now been chasing for 3 months for a refund. I keep being told it is being done and still nothing - only £7 - but this is a joke.
I will not be using them again - if I do not get a refund soon then I will reporting it to my bank for theft.

UPDATE 12 June

I received a reply from head office the day after I sent the review and assuring me how important it is for them to resolve this.
Here we are 9 days later and still no response from them - you could not make it up!

My little one love that ! Its lovely time spend together!

My little boy Rayaan loves the sessions. His been going since he was 2 months old. We keep coming back every week because he loves the sessions, it allows me to get out of the house and my son has a blast! Highly recommend it. My boy is nearly 9 months old and I can honestly say his learnt so many new skills and has become very socialable. Each lesson makes a huge difference and I love taking my baby boy to something he is enjoying! Thank you ladies...you are truly the best at what you do xxx

My twin boys are now 9 months old and we have been going since they were 12 weeks old and we still absolutely love it! The classes are always well thought out and the people running it are very knowledgeable with a passion for what they do. The playbreak half way through the class also encourages the mums/dads to get to know each other. We go to many different classes but if you only attend one baby class a week - this is the definitely the one!

My daughter loved this. One of the highlights of my maternity year.

There are so many great ideas to take away and try at home. Each week is different and the sessions are delivered with such enthusiasm. I love attending for my little one to have such enjoyment from a variety of stimuli ' singing, stories, puppets, lights, bubbles, exploration play, tactile items and more.

Such a fantastic group. Both my baby and I love going along. Group leaders are always super enthusiastic and when we’ve not been able to attend they’ve been very understanding and offered alternatives. A great team providing a fantastic service. Going to miss it once my baby is too old to go!

The classes are great. I'm doing them now with my second child. The leader is excellent and the babies love her.
Not 5 stars as although Baby Sensory pride themselves on the science behind their activities some of the 'facts' seem very dubious. We were told about toxins escaping through babies feet the other week...
I'd rather just enjoy the classes as they are knowing my baby is engaged and enjoying them.

Really enjoying our baby sensory sessions at Jubilee Hall on a Thursday. Always something different and well planned and organised sessions keep baby and mummy happy! I would definitely recommend the sessions to a new parent as a lovely way to spend time with your baby. We have also booked the individual one off sessions at Halloween and Christmas.

This is by far the best class for babies and toddlers...believe me I have been to them all :) Michelle and her team are amazing!!!

Suzie is fantastic, so knowledgeable, warm and fun. She knows all of the babies by name and treats all the mums so kindly. I've really enjoyed this term and have booked onto the next one. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Already enrolled for our third term! Sian is an amazing Sensory leader with seemingly unwavering energy. Baby sensory is great as the classes seem to be well thought out with a break added in for babies and for parents/carers to mingle and chat. Love all the props for the kiddies and the songs are very varied.

Such a great activity to take my little girl to, enjoyed by both of us! The team are really welcoming and so much effort goes into every session.

We have really enjoyed coming to this class. It’s been great for my son to socialise with other babies as well as exploring all the sensory activities. I have also enjoyed meeting the other mummies.

This is our second experience with baby sensory having attended with our first baby who is now 5. Baby sensory is a wonderful class, the babies love it and it really seems so help them with their development as well as being fun. You also get to meet lots of other lovely mums so it’s a great way to make friends too.

Great way to get started with introducing and broadening the senses for little ones. Its given me a load of ideas for games to play at home and it’s also a lovey way of meeting other Mummies.

My favourite baby class!! Energetic, fun class that I have done with my daughter since she was 8 weeks old up until now where she has just turned 1.
My daughter loves every class’s activities along with the hello and goodbye songs!
In addition, the location is great - good parking, seats around the edge for feeding and changing facilities in and outside the hall.
Our leader Claire cannot be faulted and is always so fun and energetic for the babies and lovely to all the parents.

Great fun, expert knowledge and good value for money. Would defintely recommend.
