Where is my product
Where is my product? Said will arrive last Monday but still not arrive yet. Tried to call the logistics company, nobody takes the phone. What shall I do now? Can I get my money back?

Unsatisfied with delivery
Unsatisfied with delivery. It took 4 days just to send a package. There was only one tracking number send to me but package was split to 2 deliveries (without my notice) and the main package (14kg) was sent to a warehouse 2km away from the delivery address. Otherwise shop has good prices and customer service.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry if you only recieved one tracking - there should have been sent two mails and trackinglinks immediately after each other, so that can be the reason. Unfortunately we are not able to pack it all in one parcel. In regards to the parcel shop, then it is GLS who decides where to deliver it, but we understand the frustration when it is far from home.

Not so customer friendly policy
Bought a baby seat online under corona lock down, which did not fit the car well(maxi cosi marble). Had to buy another one as Babysam refused to change it to another model. They show 365 days return policy on their website, but only if you do not open the package...
