B4RN provides us with exceptional broadband speeds. When something goes wrong they fix it quickly.

Quick, efficient and personal service. The technician was patient as I am an older woman and not so computer savvy as a younger generation. He was able to identify the problem and fix it in a short time. We were amazed how he knew how many devices we were using and was able to detect the problem quite quickly.

Great service. Any technical matters have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Technical support team are friendly and helpful.

Our community broadband is first class and we feel confident in the service we get from B4RN. We have our VOIP service as well and enjoy the ability to call mobiles and international calls as part of the package.

It may be our range extenders but we get an awful lot of signal drop out that we didn't get with BT

Product is superb great speeds and reliable. I work from home and this is a game changer for me. Speed and connectivity is essential and it’s brilliant. Plus when there are any tech issues, calls and solutions are sorted quickly.

The first thing to say is that we hardly think about B4RN at all, but this is really a complement as it indicates that service is (near) 'always-on' and problem-free. I recall a couple of notifications (over 3 years) of outages for upgrades or whatever but these are planned for night-time and have little impact. I'm not harassed with upsell attempts but there is an occasional emailed news story which is of interest. There's been a price increase in the 3-4 years we've had service but I'm still highly satisfied.

Struggling with internet drop outs and having to re-boot

We’ve been on B4RN for about 10 years; you don’t realise just how good it is until you go on holiday somewhere else, and it’s like stepping back in time!

B4RN live up to their promise to supply gigabit broadband to every property requiring it. Once installed, customer service has been excellent - and it is so good to talk to people who really can help resolve any problems that might arise.

Good service and very fast communication. So well done. Just a query. Often when I switch on,[probably 4 out of 6 times ] the television goes into testing mode and one has to wait whilst checks complete. Is this normal. This definitely not a complaint, but if I’m doing something to trigger this, I would be grateful for advice as to how to stop it.

Generally reliable but often lose wifi about 10:30pm for no apparent reason
