Great experience with a return , products are fantastic quality , great sound with excellent, clear instructions for setting pre sets etc. I certainly recommend this Company and I am now considering buying another product for Xmas . I purchased the Azatom M4 speakers through Amazon. I was very pleased with the quality and the sound. Unfortunately after a month the passive speaker failed. However, an email to customer service brought a rapid response from Simon, who confirmed the order number and my address and quickly dispatched a replacement passive speaker with a pre-paid return label for the faulty one.
Any electrical or mechanical product, however good, can experience a fault. What was particularly impressive here was the great customer support to quickly resolve the problem. Well done Azatom👍

Good radio and easy to do the extended warranty

My Azatom Clockwood does not work, or rather, it works for a few mins, then goes off for no apparent reason. My first few emails to Customer Services were encouraging, and I thought that they might help me get support from somewhere. I was wrong, so now have a new and useless 60th Birthday present from my folks.

Excellent customer service and an excellent DAB radio. Brilliant sound straight out of the box and very easy to setup. It looks superb and has a very solid feel, I haven't tried the CD yet but I am sure it will be good although I bought mainly for the radio in my lounge. I have another Azatom radio in my bedroom for alarms which is also brilliant.

Radio is excellent value for the money, great buy.. Quility dab radio.

I love the tone of the radio. The presetting of stations is a bit fiddly but I got there in the end. Not sure what the double ended other cable is for? A good looking radio. Pleased with it!

Attractive little radio and very easy to obtain an extra 3 year’s warranty. The only downside was that the box contained a manual for a different type of radio and wasn’t any good! Fortunately my wife downloaded the correct one for me. I have several types of Azatom radios now and have found them very reliable.

Ordered a radio yesterday (our second one from Azatom, for another room), delivered this morning.
I needed to contact as the remote control isn’t working, and I received a really quick response from Simon Taylor, to say he’s sent out another one.
Customer Service at its best!

Bought a radio / cd player ,mains /battery operated to use indoors or in my summerhouse etc and I’m very pleased with the product ,easy to use , good little all rounder .

The radio was for my wife she is happy with the radio I have also got one as well so very happy with both radios.

the radio(A2) is fine and very easy to use but the manual is not quite right it quotes battery life up to 15 hours for 4 hours a day using the loud speaker but the A2 is a personal radio and does not have a loud speaker also a little bit more info regarding charging would be nice, if the instructions were alright it would have been 5 stars

Company fine to deal with and Horizon 2 packs a lot into a small unit but DAB/FM sound crackles & fuzzes at certain moments so disappointed. Pretty sure it's the speaker tech and not the reception. May have to consider buying a similar but bigger/more expensive device.
