Buying the tickets was actually really…

Buying the tickets was actually really simple and the seat map was super helpful. The only reason I'm dropping a star is because the AXS app froze when I was trying to pull up my barcode at the arena entrance. I had to restart my phone while holding up the line to get it to load properly. The event itself was great, just make sure to add your tickets to your Apple/Google Wallet beforehand.

Rude Employees

I want to report employee Jermica H. for disconnecting the chat when I wasn't done and refusing to escalate my matter to a supervisor. Rude and unprofessional. When a customer asks for a supervisor, you not only give them a supervisor, you actually LISTEN to and ANSWER the questions they are asking you because that is your JOB as a customer service employee.

Kiara P is awesome!!!

Kiara P. was so so helpful! My account was hacked and tickets were transferred unknowingly to a wrong person. My event was in the UK so I kept getting ping-ponged around the UK and US customer service teams which was so frustrating. Kiara helped me quickly and efficiently. She simply rocks!

I purchased tickets to a show and…

I purchased tickets to a show and mistyped my email during the process. My rep was so helpful and responded in a timely manner and I was so happy a person helped me. It was easy to fix my mistake and now I get to see the show and I didn’t loose my tickets! Thank you again! I will use this service again

I would not use AXS again and found the entire experience extremely disappointing from start to finish.

I purchased tickets during what was advertised as an EARLY ACCESS SALE, believing I was securing the best seats available. However, shortly after purchasing, significantly better seats became available, suggesting that not all seating inventory had been released at the time of the sale. This was frustrating and felt misleading, as customers who responded promptly to the early access offer were not actually given access to the best seats available.

The event itself was also poorly planned from a seating perspective. We paid approximately £150 per ticket for front-row seats, only to discover that large black boxes and equipment structures obstructed our view of the performers. For seats marketed and priced as premium, this was unacceptable and significantly detracted from the experience - you are literally so close to stage you cannot see performers due to stage height and obstructing speakers. Not mentioned at point of purchasing tickets as these seats having limited view.

To make matters worse, when I raised my concerns, I was left with no practical option other than listing the originally purchased tickets for resale. AXS would not simply refund the tickets despite the misleading nature of the EARLY ACCESS sale and the subsequent release of better seats. As a result, I was forced to purchase replacement tickets at additional cost and wait for the original tickets to resell.

AXS also advises that payments for sold tickets will be returned within 10 days of the sale. However, this timescale was exceeded, leaving me waiting even longer for funds that should have been returned promptly.

Overall, I would characterise this experience as extremely poor. The communication was unclear, information regarding seat availability lacked transparency, payment processing was delayed, and customer service was disappointing throughout. When problems arose, support was slow, unhelpful, and unwilling to take responsibility for resolving the issues.

A very poor customer experience from a company that should be doing far better.

Sean S is the best Support person ever, and no, he’s no… He is not a prior friend of mine lol

I had a bunch of stuff going wrong with my AXS smartphone app on many of the shows coming up this summer at the Saratoga Mountain Winery.
The primary issue was 6 o the 8 of the parking passes I purchased did not show up in my AXS account so I called Support and Sean S save the day by figuring the issue out and pushing through all the parking passes so they were active, which allowed me to transfer a few that I needed to transfer. Sean was fabulous and very patient with me and was able to figure out what was going on and make all the necessary changes so my account and tickets and parking I’ll look as they’re supposed to which of course is a great relief to me.
I recommend you give Sean a raise, I was a bit irritated when I called and I was very happy when I got off the phone.
thanks for letting me speak my mind. And I hope everyone has a fabulous day. PS you guys need to figure out a way to get Cat Stevens to play in the southBay Area somewhere. The Mountain Winery would be great, but I’d see him anywhere.

The fact that I don’t need to scan all…

The fact that I don’t need to scan all my family’s tickets one by one is absolutely amazing!!! Whoever came up with this is genius!! Customer service was prompt and accurate. I didn’t have to keep explaining anything or go back and forth like I would with other places. Thank you for being so great!!

Ticket Trouble Resolved!

I was having trouble retrieving my tickets due to an email that did exist anymore. I had already tried to reach out to FEVO but their customer service is NOTHING compared to AXS. My issue was resolved by Kiara almost instantly!

Three strikes, YOU'RE OUT!

My parking pass was missing from my events page.
I looked for a contact number. There is none.
Strike one.
I used your AI assistant. Garbage.
Strike two.
I found Live Chat.
Ladaysia S. assisted me.
Where is she located?
The Moon.
The delay was terrible, or she was helping another customer at the same time.
Strike three.
I will use AXS one more time.
If I have issues, I will no longer use AXS.
