Jerzy is a great customer service rep!
The customer rep named Jerzy was a tremendous help to me. He must have spent 15 or more minutes on the phone with me. I told him a few times, that I am old-school, and I hate using apps and having to use my cell phone for everything! But these days, I have no choice. He helped me buy the ticket, and also upload or download or whatever the AXS app, to show the ticket. I asked him if he could e-mail me a copy of the ticket, but he couldn't. But he did send me a receipt for the ticket to my e-mail address. Thank you again Jerzy, for spending so much time and being so patient with me! I really appreciate it!

Super easy ticket exchange to a different date. Was afraid I’d have to sell my tickets then buy new ones, but their tech support made a change of date swap a piece of cake.
Impossible to buy tickets
It is virtually impossible to buy a ticket through AXS anymore. I have been trying for weeks to purchase tickets to a concert and either they say I'm a bot, the sale link to the tickets is invalid, or my credit card can't be processed. I've tried from my phone, laptop, on WiFi, on mobile data, 2 different credit cards and no luck. My friend has also tried and has had the same problems. I understand trying to prevent bots and scalpers from buying up and reselling tickets, but normal people can no longer buy tickets either. This is the 2nd event my friends and I have had issues with.

I give 1 star to the AXS Customer service process....I called multiple times and waited on hold for hours to try and transfer tickets I purchased.

Not only does the company use predatory tiered pricing but the customer service is terrible. I spent 180 on a ticket, needed money so I sold the ticket for 150. After fees I only get 130. I can't access the money until October since that's when the show is. Absolutely reprehensible policy.

Kyle B was very helpful in resolving a very stressful ticket situation. The previous agent was not helpful at all and simply gave me a link with “get back to us in 2-4 days.” Kyle B went the extra mile.

They practice illegal policies. They are, as we speak, holding a thousand dollars that is mine until November. It is June. They have money from 2 parties for the same tickets. They ate deceiving and shady. Get your tickets anywhere else.
