Unprofessional and biased toward landlords. Beware of their reporting! We didn’t received our initial report on time due to their email typo, and they ignored the non-delivery warnings. Worse, during the final inventory, the expert (JACQUEMIN Thomas) tried to pin damages on us for items that were already documented as broken in the initial report. Avoid.
My experience with Ms. L. Saussoy was very disappointing. The report took
weeks to be delivered, there was no follow-up on requests, and the report included unsupported or inaccurate information. Despite multiple reminders, no one from Axis Experts followed up, and even one month later no photo evidence or explanations were provided.
Due to the lack of responsiveness and professionalism, I would strongly advise choosing another provider.
