LETTER OF CONGRATULATIONS & APPRECIATION

Dear Ross and the whole team. *Never in our wildest dreams would we ever have imagined that somewhere out there would exist a business that not only commits to its logo, but surpasses any expectations.

You promise - Fast, reliable valuations with personal service... **Well, let’s talk about that, shall we.

FAST
You delivered before promised time.

RELIABLE VALUATIONS
You not only promised mathematical and statistical based calculation, you also provided pages of detailed evidence to support and substantiate your valuation, notwithstanding your impeccable reputation in such a complicated industry.

PERSONAL SERVICE
Not only you but your team and my consultant ‘Reece’ was with me all the way and included me as a valued client/customer rather than a number – WOW!!!

*The care, the attention, the help you show your clients is truly remarkable. Kudos to you all.

I congratulate you and the whole team in that you are all decent, honest and fine people from the way you speak, treat and help them. You are true professionals, people and a brand one can TRUST and I say this not only of you, but all your staff. The mould was broken when you started your very fine and unique business model.

I am a mature adult and I’m writing to you to express my family’s sincere appreciation regarding your guidance, support and ‘out of this world’ customer service you have delivered me since our first contact including on many other occasions.

It is difficult in this day and age to trust anybody, business or company in general, considering the horror stories you always hear. I can however say without fear or favour that the integrity, professionalism and courtesy shown by you, you and your team have been truly exceptional

It obviously shows that your passion is more about helping people being happy and satisfied rather than just profiteering and taking shortcuts. I cannot recommend you highly enough!!!

Our praise and blessings go out to you Ross and your team. It has been our privilege to have dealt with Property Pricer. My family and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending you to anybody who is looking for an honest, genuine, dedicated and sincere service in which you provide.

Again, thank you and congratulations to you and your team to dedication to detail, integrity and professionalism and, furthermore, please accept my family’s heart warmed thanks.

Wishing you every success and happiness now and in the future...

Yours faithfully
