I have ordered more than 2 months ago with order number 1753. I emailed several times with no response . They haven’t sent my order. I suggest not to trust this brand

I ordered Awra undercap, priced at £21, so I thought I was paying for a very good quality open. The company does not understand that an undercap should be light and airy and at the same time secure. The cap is made out of very thick material, I am petite and even for me, the cap was restricting around the chin line. It felt claustrophobic. There was NO NEED to put a heavy metal AWRA tag, on the already heavy cap. It is SO diffcult to put a hijab on top of this cap. I would definitelty not recommend it

The website is brilliant - very chic and polished on every level. From my experience this is a true, good reflection of the business. The items were received within a week (free delivery) and the packaging is so thoughtful! Each hijab is individually packaged in a high quality sleeve, labelled consistently.

The quality of the hijabs is beautiful. The material, the colouring the sewing is precise. There is a cute, metal, embossed tag on the jersey hijabs too.

The only place I know to sell such tastefully designed, perfectly sewn hijabs AND provide such lovely service too! I will be ordering from here as long as I live!

AWRA is what I have been waiting for. Their hijabs are of very good quality and worth the money paid as they are modestly oversized for full coverage which I am grateful for. The different styles and materials are high end quality which is why I always buy and cannot stop myself! My friends and family all agree that they are different to all other online shopping sites and whenever I have had any queries or a return, I have never had any poor response from them but instead a helpful and genuinely conscientious response. I have nothing but praise for the team. I have recently bought three full- coverage undercaps in different colours and I am so happy with them. They are what I have been looking for all these years but nothing came close to this sort of coverage. Thank you AWRA ♥️

Awra hijabs, actually have the rudest customer service ever. God forbid you have the audacity to want to return one of their overpriced hijabs, it’s like you are committing a crime. Customer relationship skills these people don’t have. Just look at their responses when they have been criticised.

I purchased my very expensive hijab. The colours looked vibrant. When I received my order the colour was definitely not as it was in the picture. I was definitely disappointed. Once I inspected the hijab further I was soo annoyed with myself as I knew I could make the hijab with the tie back headband bit myself for a lot less. I was going to return it then I decided to give it to my daughter in law. I think the hijabs are totally overpriced. No way are they worth that kind of money. I sourced some beautiful material myself. Made a lovely xxlarge flowy hijab and also the outer headband myself. I had so many comments. People couldn't believe I had made it myself. Girls you can so easily make these hijabs yourself. I will be making more and selling them at a much more affordable price. And I have decided that reverts get 3 hijabs of their choice for £2.00 each. In shaa Allah Bismillah. Far too expensive and certainly not worth that kind of price.

I placed an order with Awra for the dirst time and decided to treat myself to 2 scarves. This was the first time I was willing to soend soo much on a scarf. One of the scarf I purchased was Ombre play it cool. I wore this 2 times and decided to wash it. I read how to wash the scarf as it looked delicate. I followed the instructions to wash it by hand at normal temperture. As i was washing it the black dye started to come out sooo much that it was hard for it not smudge on the lighter colours of the scarf. It literally ruined the scarf and there was soo much black dye in the sink. I was soo disappointed.. I emailed Awra and explained the situation. I was surprised by their response they questioned how I had washed it even though I explained how I washed it.. the second email from them was the same. Instead of taking responsibility of the product that they sold they pointed and accused me of washing it wrong. I sent photos of the scarf too but even that wasnt good enough. They just didnt care. Really awful customer care, I wouldnt advice to buy from here incase your scarf turns out like mine because 1 in 50 chance could be that its not same quality as the rest but Awra wont want to listen or do anything about. They will just blame you because it’s easier.

I absolutely love the hijabs. Iv purchased from Awra multiple times and Iv not been disappointed. My favourite hijabs are the suede hijabs and the everyday collection. I love the fact the have a nice length to them and best of all the quality, Awra hijabs have amazing quality! Iv worn and washed them several times and they’re still in great condition.

It was perfect and didn’t slip as much as I thought it would. The material was comfortable and breathable making it good for the summer as well.
