Awful experience and even worse product. I ordered two pairs of overalls totaling $109.98. It took two months and an escalation to receive them. When they arrived, they are garbage. Not even close to what is shown in the pictures or described. Would not sell this product to a blind person. Save your time and money and DO NOT order from this company!!!

This is a bait and switch operation. They photographer items in a boutique for their website. The items you receive are of very poor quality and contain no sequins if you are purchasing this type of item. The patterns are imprinted and the fabric is a cheap polyester. They will site 7 to 10 days shipping but my order took over a month. When you try to return items they will offer you 20% off to keep the items. You have to press for a return address. They will then give you an address that you must pay shipping to a province in China. Even for a small package it will cost $30 to send USPS. Do not shop here!

Every single item they have is misrepresented. The quality is horrible, sizes are off more than just the "normal", and they are the worst feeling synthetics used. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this shop. It is ALL screen printed cheap graphic fakes.

The items I receive did not match the images of the items I ordered. The sizes were also very large, larger than the size chart represented. Their website says you can return but they make you return it to china, even though the address they ship from is in the US. The cost of shipping to China is over $300. This company is a scam and should not be allowed to do business in the US.

Poor quality, item received not as pictured in website. You pay shipping for returns to China.

I wish I had seen the other reviews before making a purchase. It took 30 days to receive my shirt and it is cheaply made and is not the same color as the picture. Extremely over priced and not worth the money!

I will never ever buy from this company again cheap do not even look like what pictures shows printed designs very displeased and it took forever to get a disappointment

Sweater I ordered looked absolutely NOTHING like the picture. It’s very cheap quality and totally BOT WORTH the $50 I paid for it. NEVER NEVER NEVER buy anything from this “shop”.

Ordered a Georgia Bulldogs shirt at the beginning of the season , charged but , never recieved my shirt.

Be aware this is a scam! They are fake and will take your money. I ordered Santa Pajamas and paid extra to get them in 5 days- they not only took 30 days to send me something and it was a cheap school uniform. Now they won’t refund me my money. I have wrote to the China authorities. And have reported them to google to have their site band and blocked from social media

First of all the items are not what they look like in the pictures. They are so cheap looking in person. It took over a month to get two of the 5 items I ordered and never received the others. They will not refund my money. HORRIBLE!!! Do not waste your $ on this site.

I wish I would have read these reviews as well. The sweater I picked out is not what I received in the mail. The one I received is very cheap looking. I am very disappointed!

The sweatshirts had white stitching on the outside of red shirts. I sent them back April 2025 and the postage was $32.05. They are in China. I received the package back today, November 28. Funny thing is, they tagged it "return to sender". What a scam. Never buy from them.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Warning: Scam Company – Counterfeit & Defective Products!

I ordered two college sweatshirts from LadyBoutiqueBD in September 2025, and what I received was nothing like what was advertised. The sweatshirts were defective, counterfeit, and extremely poor quality — the seams were coming apart, the fabric was cheap and discolored, and there were no tags or branding of any kind.

When I contacted the company, they refused to take responsibility and kept offering small partial refunds (10%, 20%, 30%, 40%) instead of fixing the problem. To get a “full refund,” they demanded I ship the items back to China at my own expense — something they never disclosed before purchase. Shipping there would cost more than the original order and there’s no way to track or prove delivery.

Their return policy is vague, misleading, and intentionally deceptive. It doesn’t mention returns must go to China, nor does it explain who decides if an item is defective. The language they use (“partially responsible”) is deliberately unclear to avoid refunding customers.

I later confirmed with representatives from Auburn University and the University of Mississippi that this company is not authorized to produce or sell apparel with their logos. That means they are selling unauthorized and counterfeit merchandise.

Despite clear evidence — photos, emails, and confirmation from trademark owners — the company refused to cooperate or follow its own policy that states disputes would be handled through PayPal. I had no choice but to file a chargeback with my credit card company to recover my money.

Do NOT buy anything from LadyBoutiqueBD. They are dishonest, deceptive, and operate outside U.S. consumer protection laws. The clothing is garbage, and the company is a complete scam.

Ordered a shirt that was supposed to have sequin and instead it was a photo of sequin.

Oh my gosh I sure wish I had read these reviews before I got the same experience as all of you! This is even worse than the junk from Temu at least you do get the Temu stuff in a reasonable time frame AND Temu is MUCH cheaper. The stuff from this place is way more expensive and is such poor quality. If I can help someone to not order from this website, then I will feel better.

Cheap plastic like fabric the exact opposite of the soft comfy sweatshirt. Is FAR from as described. Emailed with customer service and will not refund any money and to return is a CHINA address…

If zero stars was an option I would have selected that option! The item I ordered was a cruddy screen print when in the website it looked and was described as an embroidered sweater. Straight into the bin!

Don’t buy unless you want to lose your money. The quality of these products is horrible. I can’t even describe how cheap they are. They website doesn’t state this but you can’t return items unless you ship to China.

Save yourself your time, frustration, and money!! This place deserves zero stars! The shirt I ordered online stated the material was a “cotton blend” and was so cute; what I got was polyester and awful. Customer service is laughable and not helpful at all; they are so arrogant and rude to deal with concerning a problem that is their’s. They will not recognize their error and if I want a refund, I am out return shipping to China! No where on their site does it state the return address is located in China. You know, stereotypes about these kind of products from this country exist for a reason and this joke company only serves to strengthen that. Stay away! If you paid with a platform that you can dispute this transaction with, please do it.
