Great product, customer service, and warranty! I submitted a claim on the cracked hard shell luggage I bought a few years ago and received a replacement order confirmation 4 minutes later! New luggage arrived a few days after that. I am an Away Travel customer for life, thanks for taking good care of me!

My handle came off during a trip
My handle came off during a trip. I contacted customer service and was provided a solution within a day and had a repair kit before my trip was over! Every time I have needed help the customer service has been amazing and I would recommend Away to anyone in the market for luggage!

My telescoping Handle would not completely close. I submitted a warranty request on line. My request was answered within a day and a replacement handle was mailed to me along with installation instructions. The repair process was easy. It took about 10 minutes.

As it turned out
As it turned out, my repair was pretty simple once the parts arrived. But I would’ve preferred to have been able to take it to my usual luggage repair person and have them fix it, but they told me that you do not ship Parts to anyone other than the luggage owner. I found that to be a little bit annoying.

It was amazing how fast and easy it was to get a replacement. However, this was for a personalized item. I wish I had the opportunity to even pay to get it done. It was a gift that was only used twice.

Why does Away continue to be so great?
1) The luggage is like no other. We have used our set for over a million miles and even on a little boat in the Amazon jungle. It looks great and is made for the real traveler.
2) They honor their warranty. Plain and simple. Values out of the past. They stand by their products.

a luggage zipper that split…
I had an issue with a zipper that split on a bag and the away team looked at the picture and immediately sent me a replacement. That’s what I call service and they stand behind their guarantees.

Away always comes through! I've been a customer since 2020 and I love their luggage. When my trolley got bent they just sent me a brand new replacement. Hands down the best customer service and best luggage ever.
