Worthing branch very aggressive no customer service skills folk lift drivers who shouldn’t be driving just all round joke of a firm never had a issue in Chichester branch
Hi thats great that you have accepted fault and willing to replace the level that got bent and damaged but I will only accept a Stanley fat max level back as a replacement as they are better quality and it’s part of a set so dont want a odd blue level thank you .

It is clear that was a heated exchange between yourself and a member of our staff which was calmed by the Branch Manager.
