The worst with bereavements
The company are the worst I have dealt with as regards bereavement. Delays, broken promises and lack of empathy.
And please do not reply with a link to Customer Relations etc. they are the same.
Good service, in these worst of situations is a non-negotiable.
Aviva......your reply today 6/8 with a link to customer relations, who will have my details after 2 phone calls, is not acceptable. As is using a platform like Facebook, to which I am not a subscriber. Oh and the PIN number you send with replies does not work.

Avoid relying on Aviva and it's supply chain for repairs. It has been seven months since their insured driver damaged my property, and I am still fighting to get the work completed properly.
Substandard workmanship, uncoordinated subcontractors passing the buck, an insulting compensation offer to make it go away and weeks of absolute radio silence following a site inspection.
Aviva and their supply chain has failed at every single step of this process. Next step, more of my time needed to raise this with the Ombudsman Service!!
